Pros:

We had an issue during check in, as our room turned out to be single, instead of double. Staff promptly resolved the issue and eventually provided us with room free of charge. Super supportive team.

Comfortable room in good location
Pros:

It was quite quiet despite the central location and the bar/cafe down stairs had a more traditional feel than the many tourist bars in the city.

Cons:

There was no lift but the staff came to assist with the bags so only really a minor point

Classic hotel in a good location, a quiet place.
Pros:

It’s an older classic style hotel. Some lovely furniture. Our room opened to a balcony to the courtyard. Air conditioning was good. Breakfast was good. Staff were good.

Cons:

We missed the Wednesday night jazz concert (our fault). Stairs to upstairs.

Pros:

The lady at the reception was very helpful and flexible with an earlier check in as we arrive before noon.

Enjoyed the breakfast in the terrace with the egg item made to order.

Location is very convenient for getting to old town and also the bus central and train station. 😊

Cons:

The facilities are some what limited but it is fine for a short stay.
