Pros:

Dobbeltsengen på rom 613 (juniorsuite) var fantastisk god;)) Vi var to som vanligvis sliter med store søvnproblemer, men som begge sov veldig godt hele den uka vi bodde der! Skulle ønske vi hadde den samme senga hjemme;))
God og variert frokost;)

Cons:

Veldig vanskelig å slå på TV’n på «stua»! Fikk til og med hjelp av en i resepsjonen første kveld, som klarte å få den til å funke etter mye prøving og feiling, og som ga uttrykk for at «sånn bør det ikke være»! Hadde med min gamle mor som elsker å få med seg nyhetene, og vi slet skikkelig med TV’n hele uka!
Hadde ønsket oss litt mere imøtekommenhet og serviceinnstilling fra personalet, spesielt fra damene i resepsjonen, kjøkkenpersonalet og kelneren. Hva med å se opp, gi et nikk og et smil?
Kjøpte middag i restauranten den første kvelden, og sier bare : styr unna retten «Fish&chips»!! Hadde jeg vært tøff nok hadde jeg sendt de to små fiskebitene, den lille inntørka flekken som visstnok skulle være ertepuré og de få bitene med chips rett i retur,- og for dette betalte jeg den nette sum av 300,- Hører ikke noe sted hjemme! Kokken burde ha tatt seg en studietur til hvilken som helst brun pub/spisested i Oslo,- der får en kjempegod fish&chips som den bør være og opprinnelig er for 150-200,-
Det var mange døde fluer i lyskuppelen på «stua» vår,- helt unødvendig og lite delikat,- bør ordnes asap!
