Très bel établissement et prestations 5*****
Pros:

Très bon accueil, établissement hyper propre et nettoyé tout au long de la journée. Literie, serviettes, douche....tout est parfait.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent, des serviettes sont proposées pour la plage, des bouteilles d'eau sont régulièrement offertes.
Les personnes qui tiennent cet hôtel aiment lleur métier et leurs clients et le personnel est très professionnel et efficace.
Merci beaucoup et ne changez rien...

Exeptionnel.
Pros:

L attitude très arrangante et genereuse du patron de l hotel.le decor des salons precedant les chambres très bien concus , spacieuses avec une très grande terrasse balcon avec table et chaises.la proximité des bus ( 50 m) pour les deplacements dans tous le pays. Pantagruelique petit dejeuner.le calme de l endroit au coeur de tout centre d interrets: magasins d.alimentations , bord de mer , restaurants, tous se fait a pied.

Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for four days and have absolutely no complaints. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Saranda waterfront and an 8-minute walk from the port. The rooms are comfortable, extremely clean, and bright. The hotel owner is always on-site, very helpful, and always greeted us with bottles of water; one day he even gave us a tub of ice cream as a gift. The staff are also friendly and helpful, the breakfast is plentiful and served directly at your table. The hotel is close to bus stops, supermarkets, bakeries, and several ATMs. We highly recommend staying at the hotel and will certainly stay there again when I return to Saranda.

Pros:

Absolument tout. L’emplacement était parfait. Le personnel était super. Très sécuritaire. J’y retournerais sans problème.

Amazing stay in a top class establishment
Pros:

Great welcoming host. Bottles of water given out for free, and also: a beer + snacks too!
Lovely large room and breakfast being very plentiful.
Nice comfy bed, and very clean room + establishment.

If coming to Saranda then you'll struggle to find anything which beats this for value, plus comfort and hospitality that's better than you'll find: at a lot of 4 or 5* hotels!

Cons:

Just location: at 4 blocks uphill, being a bit further from promenade and beach than would have liked. Only just over 10 mins from the port though, and get down to the beach/ promenade area in 8 mins & walk up in about 10.

Albergo ideale a Sarande
Pros:

Albergo in posizione ideale per visitare Saranda. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile accanto all'albergo. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Camera ampia e pulita. Il signor Genci è stato cordialissimo e molto ospitale.

Pros:

La posizione a due passi dal lungomard. Il parcheggio interno, impagabile. La colazione molto buona, con omelette al formaggio, pane tostato, burro, marmellata, cornetti, yogurt, frutta fresca. Gli arredi sono molto vintage, ma tutto è molto pulito. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale.

Cons:

La doccia con la tenda che nemmeno arrivava al pavimento proprio no.

Établissement bien situé avec parking mais accueil très froid de nos hôtes.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé avec parking privé ce qui est un gros plus à Saranda.
Chambre spacieuse dans un style Albanais ancien.
Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux.
Une bouteille d'eau nous a été donnée à notre arrivée ce qui était appréciable.

Cons:

Nos hôtes ne nous ont pas mis à l'aise, ils étaient très peu souriants et communicatifs. Nous avions l'impression de les déranger :
- Le check-in a duré 10 secondes et nous avons été expédiés depuis l'ascenseur vers notre chambre.
- Le petit déjeuner a été débarrassé très rapidement sans se soucier de savoir si nous avions terminé ou non.
- L'hôte est venu frapper à notre porte 15 minutes avec le check out pour nous signifier de partir.

Bref, nous avons été très déçus de l'accueil.
