Pros:

La chica de la recepción era muy amable.

Cons:

Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación nada más entrar porque estaba sucia y la cama se tambaleaba cuando te sentabas, la piscina cubierta estaba vacía y se escuchaban todos los ruidos de las camareras de piso y del chico de mantenimiento. Nos dijeron que nos compensarían por las molestias y no nos dejaron ni salir un poco más tarde sino pagábamos. La ubicación con tantas obras en las calles de los alrededores era regular.

Gostaria de voltar.
Pros:

Up-grade no quarto, limpeza e tamanho do quarto. Bom pequeno-almoço e staff muito simpático.

Cons:

Localização um pouco distante do centro. Dificuldade em conseguir estacionar a hora que chegamos.

Schlechtester Aufenthalt in einem 4 Sterne Hotel

1. Das gesamte Personal ist äußerst Freundlich und Zuvorkommend.
2. Der Innenpool ist im 3 Jahr geschlossen !!!
3. Kostenloses Wasser im Restaurant vorhanden.
Keine Info vom Personal. Immer nachfragen !!!

4. Für ein 4 * Sterne Hotel müssen die Zimmer schnellstens renoviert werden.
5. Die Einbauschränke sind in die Jahre gekommen.
6. Zu wenig Steckdosen im Zimmer.
Auf dem Balkon keine Stromquelle.
7. Der Meerblick entspricht der Hotel Beschreibung.
8. Der Golfclub ist in der Nähe.
9. Zu wenig Deutsche TV Programme.
Einige Programme funktionieren nicht.

HDMI und USB Anschlüsse am TV sind nicht vorhanden.
10. Wenn zu viele große Reisegruppen kommen ist das Restaurant für Privatgäste zu klein. Plätze werden dann zugewiesen. Da ist ein NoGo für Privatzahler.
11. Das Wurst- und Käse Büfett sollte Abwechslungsreicher sein.
12. Die Speisen am Büfett sind lauwarm. Salmonellen Gefahr !!!
13. Im Restaurant muß mehr auf Hygiene geachtet werden !!!
14. Die Tische im Restaurant bleiben dreckig stehen.
Zu wenig Personal.
15. Im Badezimmer verschmutzte Duschvorhänge.
16. Das Büfett ist um 08.30 Uhr total leergeräumt.
Es wird nicht freiwillig nachgereicht !!!
17. Das Dinner ist viel zu spät angesetzt. 19.30 Uhr.
Normal wäre 18.00 Uhr.
18. Auch externe Straßenbauarbeiter kommen mit ihrer Arbeitskleidung zum abendlichen Essen. Und das in einem
4 **** Sterne Hotel. Dies wird vom Hotel Management geduldet.

19. Der Kiosk ( Bar ) ist total renovierbar und wird nicht geöffnet. Siehe Fotos.
20. Der Pool Bereich öffnet erst um 11.00 Uhr.
Normal von 08.00 - 20.00 Uhr in einem
4 Sterne * Hotel.
Resümee
Für eine Nacht ist das Hotel in Ordnung !!!

Pros:

Saubere ,große Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick Richtung Gibraltar, reichhaltiges Frühstück- und Abendbuffet. Für die nächste Reise schon vorgemerkt. Sehr schön war der großzügige Pool zur Abkühlung.

A stay to remember!!!!!!
Pros:

We were offered a free rom update. We booked a standard room for 68 euros and we got the junior suite!!! Thanks to a very kind lady at the reception. Beds are perfect (King size in our room) views are stunning and breakfast is fantastic.
