Decent location, rooms are nice with a balcony view of the mountains, however our stay was disappointing due to the type

We were given a room that is a family suite with a door in the middle, however as a couple we only had one of the rooms and on the other side was a man who was snoring so loud that it would affect our sleep at night. The next morning we approached the reception and spoke with the Hotel staff and informed them of the issue, they said okay no problem we will look into it and swap your room and somebody will call you or contact you later, however no one called us or contacted us and we ended up staying in the same room.

Una experiencia Fantástica
Pros:

Excelente el servicio del personal del hotel, siempre dispuesto ayudar y a servir, es lo que más me a gustado,
En especial la animación por parte del personal encargado de las actividades y del personal de limpieza de habitaciones, y la gente de la recepción y la de los restaurantes, vamos que a sido un lujo estar allí gracias a Ellos.

Cucarachas en la tarima, las animadoras dando con la manguera a la gente para que se metieran en el agua, las comidas malisimas, las duchas ni tragan, los baños sin cerrojo y sin intimidad, vamos que no repito. Ya el año pasado bajo un poco pero lo de este año... pésimo

La tranquilidad que se respiraba. Había mucho silencio y, al ser una zona aislada, estuvimos tranquilos en cuanto a dejar el coche en el parking abierto.
El desayuno buffet era muy completo, había muchas tumbonas en la piscina y animación por las noches.

Cons:

Que no hubiera cócteles elaborados. Al ser una zona aislada que te obliga a coger el coche para tomar algo por la noche, eché en falta ese tipo de aliciente en el bar del hotel.
No me gustó que la higiene diaria en la habitación fuera la justa. Se me callo una gota de crema en el lateral de la bañera. Estuvo ahí los 4 días de mi estancia.
