No me gustó la habitación, se veía mejor en las fotos, nos ubicaron en una habitación amplia para 3 personas, pero las paredes se veía sucias, con apariencia de humedad, hicimos la observación en la recepción, pero nos dijeron que era un barniz mal puesto, sin embargo, no tenía buena apariencia. Nos tocó ir a la recepción a pedir toallas y jabón, porque en la habítación no había nada, al día siguiente al momento de usar las toallas, olían a limpio pero se veían sucias y manchadas :( Definitivamente fue desagradable. Podrían tener potencial, pero tienen muchísimas cosas por mejorar, incluso con su personal.
Pésima atención. El recepcionista es un déspota, desinteresado y grosero.
Me enviaron un mensaje diciendo que se podía pagar con tarjeta y al llegar el grosero recepcionista me dijo que no se podía y que no había nada para hacer que entonces me fuera para otro lado.
