Nice cosy rooms - heaters were on in rooms when we arrived so they were nice and warm
Best shower ever great water pressure and hot Hot water
Wasn't noisy slept very well
Gentleman from the bar who completed our paperwork very friendly and knowledgeable

You won't sleep over the sports bar.
Pros:

Simple room, comfortable bed, no bar fridge, no milk for coffee (located in minimalist kitchen).

Good food

Off street parking

Cons:

Avoid the rooms over the sports bar...if the staff forget to turn them off at the end of the night, your dreams include continuous noisy race calls and no sleep.

Great value for money, comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Rooms as advertised, bed was clean and comfortable and sharing the bathroom was no problem. Wife particularly noted that the shower was nice and hot and the spray was wide and comforting. Noise levels on a Saturday night were fine, no problem sleeping!

Cons:

N/A Everything was as expected as per description and for the price paid. We were all satisfied and would stay here again.

The shared bathrooms were really well done. Prefect location, and with a pub downstairs there is easy access to food and drinks.

Extremely basic. I wasn’t shown that there was a communal kitchen and only found it after I had bought my dinner. TV in downstairs bar was right under my room and the was so loud.
