إقامة ممتازة في فندق لجام عمّان. حجزنا شقة غرفتين و مدة إقامتنا كانت ١٦ يوم.. واجهتنا مشكلة بسيطة في الليلة الأولى، لكن الأستاذ محمد كيوان تعامل معها باحترافية واهتمام كبير وكانت كلماته بالضبط انه لجام رح يكون بيتكم لمدة ال ١٦ يوم، وأصر على حلها فورًا،وقام بترقية حجزنا لشقة أكبر. و وفرلنا جهاز واي فاي متنقل عند وجود مشكلة تغطية في الإنترنت بالشقة، وبقي هو والفريق على تواصل مستمر معنا للاطمئنان على راحتنا طوال مدة الإقامة. جميع الموظفين في الاستقبال واللوبي وخدمة الغرف والمطعم كانوا راقين ومتعاونين، والفطور كان لذيذ ومتنوع. شكر خاص للأستاذ محمد كيوان ولكل فريق الفندق على حسن الضيافة والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل. منشوفكم السنة الجاي ان شاء الله

Fantastic stay at Lijam Hotel in Amman! The hotel was wonderful, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special mention to Linda and Trad for their's kindness and excellent service.

I would also like to give my special thanks to Mr. Mohammad Kiwan, the manager, for his professionalism and for making our stay such a pleasant experience.

Highly recommended! I would definitely stay at Lijam Hotel again when visiting Amman. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality! ❤️
