Hotelzimmer und Lage super - Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein riesiges Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber. Für uns war die Lage des Hotels sehr gut, um zum Strand/ in die Altstadt zu gelangen.

Cons:

Eine Buchung wurde über booking nicht bestätigt, da die Reservierungsanfrage durch das Hotel nicht bestätigt wurde. Eine separate Nachfrage beim Hotel per Email blieb ebenfalls unbeantwortet, sodass wir auf "Gut Glück" angereist sind. Eine Bestätigung der Buchung oder zumindest eine Antwort auf die Nachfrage wäre schön gewesen.

Das Frühstück ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Die warmen Speisen (Spiegeleier, Polenta mit Feta, Fensh Toast,...) waren alle maximal lauwarm oder bereits hart. Die Platten mit Käse/ Wurst sind nicht gekühlt, was bei den warmen Temperaturen dazu führte, dass der Käse bereits schwitzte und die Ränder des Schnittkäses hart waren. Die Getränkekannen sind leider ein Graus (es war uns und vielen Gästen nicht möglich ein Glas Saft einzugießen, ohne einen guten Teil auf dem Boden zu verschütten). Kaffee konnte aus einer Thermoskanne genommen werden.

Hotel gave away my room despite me informing them of my time of arrival a day before.
Cons:

Arrived after a full day of travelling only to be told by staff there was no reservation in my name and all rooms were full. This was despite the reservation being confirmed by booking for weeks. I had even informed them of my time of arrival the day before I arrived . Mistakes can happen but it was overall a very negative experience.

как писали в отзывах ранее, подуставший чуть не хватает ухоженности. не могу сказать ,что не чисто,нет, все чисто помыто, ( я насмотрелась отелей в командировках), но прям просится очистить ржавчину с ножек раковины в ванной, зачистить/закрасить черкаши на стенках, вывести пятна с оббивки и напольного покрытия, и ведь классный ремонт сделан, чуть поддержки и была бы конфетка

Leider hat es aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer sehr nach Abwasser gerochen, was leide rnicht zu beheben war, mit der Aussage, das wäre nun mal so...auch in anderen Zimmern
