la salle d'eau. Les toilettes fuyaient et la douche ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Il y avait un petit filé d'eau pour se doucher

The location is excellent, and the swimming pool was kept very clean.

Cons:

As soon as I entered the room at check-in, I was hit by an overwhelming, musty odor. I traced the smell directly to the bed sheets. It was incredibly strong and smelled exactly like unwashed, stale body odor, making it blatantly obvious that the sheets hadn't been changed since the previous guest checked out. I asked the staff to replace them, but the terrible smell still lingered even after they supposedly changed them. The lack of basic bedding hygiene is completely unacceptable.

Pleasant for price
Pros:

Really lovely location and super close to the center and so many nice restaurants near by, beautiful pool and gardens. Rooms are a good nice and worth the price you pay.

Cons:

It could do with some updating unfortunately inside the rooms. The shower wasn’t the best and could do with being changed. Bed sheets didn’t feel clean enough and when I asked Wuhan for hand soap. He was very rude and passive aggressive with me each time we had an enquiry. All other staff were so lovely but he does not have a customer service attitude and was the main thing that let down the experience unfortunately. Everyone else working there are so lovely and friendly.

Beautiful hotel for a great price
Pros:

The property itself was absolutely beautiful. The views were amazing when you woke up in the morning. Also, the pool was very aesthetically pleasing.

Cons:

There was a bit of construction going on during my stay, but it didn’t happen to be a problem and they usually start construction after I had woken up

spend a little extra for something else unless you dont like sleeping

Location was okay, bed and pillows were fine. lots of apparent amenities offered, however I did not use any so I cannot report on their quality

Cons:

When I visited the pool was "closed for repairs" for the 3 nights I stayed. Wifi was unusable. Room was dirty with a strange hallway in the corner blocked by a small wardrobe that appeared to have never been cleaned before with several spider webs and my last night a massive cockroach crept its way out of that corner. the curtains did absolutely nothing for the light and I had to wear an eye mask every night because of the bright street lights right outside the window.
