Pros:

El trato del personal inmejorable. Nos ayudaron a solucionar un problema implicándose personalmente para solucionarlo, de 10. Nos gustó mucho el servicio de restaurante y la atención en él.

Cons:

Esta alejado del Ganges y los gaht, pero así es una zona muy tranquila, que se agradece en India, así que no es un inconveniente. Además fuimos en monzones y la zona del gaht estaba inundada, y la nuestra perfecta.

Comfortable
Pros:

The resort is within a complex which keeps the city noises out. The food though Veg, is absolutely delicious, the staff is eager to help and overall are prompt in solving and issues. It is on the major road which makes it ideal if you are trying to avoid the city traffic if you are driving in or out of Varanasi.

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like.

Very good option if you plan to visit Varanasi.
Pros:

The suite was big enough and the amenities and staff response was very good. The property is located away from the main roads & highway therefore it was quiet and pleasant to stay here. The breakfast options were good and food taste and quality was good.
The rooms were neat and tidy.

Cons:

The suite we stayed in had bathroom shower splashing water all over the bathroom therefore the entire bathroom used to get wet whenever someone used to take shower. It can be fixed.

Little away from ghats and temples...but that's why it's less noisy and cleaner. Can't actually ask for both.
