La disponibilitè, l' accueil, la propreté, bar et restaurants juste à côté, pas loin de la gare routière et des marchés et commerces. Parking sur la rue gratuit sécurisé... conseillé pour passer un séjour à Nador. Je reviendrai. Merci
Tout était ok
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, een goede locatie en een prima ontbijt. Ze denken echt met je mee. Toen onze matras wat te hard was, hebben ze dat meteen opgelost en ons zonder gedoe naar een andere kamer verplaatst.
De matras in onze eerste kamer was wat aan de harde kant, maar dit werd direct en zonder moeite voor ons opgelost.
Todo, limpio ,amables ,seguridad en todo momento , 24 horas ,vídeo vigilancia,habitación grande ,cocina y baño equipados.

Si tu apartamento da a la calle principal se escucha mucho ruido del bar de delante por la noche.

We hebben een nacht langer verbleven, er is tussendoor niet gekuist.
Ook bij het boeken boek je voor 2 personen maar dan ligt er een handdoek voor 1 persoon.
Jammer dat je het eerst moet vragen, ze brengen het wel maar dat is iets dat je niet hoeft te vragen naar mijn mening. Rechtstreeks bijgeboekt bij de Bali voor de 2de nacht, gevraagd om de kamer te kuisen dit is niet gebeurd. Uiteindelijk zelf handdoeken en wc papier gaan halen bij de Bali. (Via boeking ben je voordeliger af.)

L'esmorzar era abundant i molt bo. Tenies diferents opcions a triar. El personal molt amable. A la nit podies sopar al restaurant o t'ho pujaven a l'habitació.
Ens vam sentir com a casa. Molt ben tractats. Es nota que els preocupa que els clients quedin contents.
Està al centre de la ciutat, no deixa de ser una ciutat marroquina. Crec que a poc a poc aniran millorant les voreres, el soroll i la neteja urbana. Però tornaríem encantats.

Une attitude du personnel détestable et pas professionnelle du tout alors qu'il sont totalement en tort pour ne pas respecter les conditions du séjour. Chambre réservée avec déjeuner inclus et une fois arrivé sur place pas de déjeuner pendant tout le séjour et démerdez-vous. Et suite à la plainte chez booking le personnel est pas content et je dois aller me justifier auprès d'eux... et bien sûr pas d'excuse
