Pros:

The property has a very nice outdoor atmosphere. The hotel is kept up very well, very clean. The outdoor event area thry have is great. The rooms are good size.

Cons:

Need water bottles in guest room. Its common to see at least 2 bottles of water in the room for what ever need.

Cons:

Que no hay agua potable en el cuarto, minimo 1 botella

I couldn't figure out the water temperature. You either got extreme hot water or cold water.

Thank you to the staff where we’re always very accommodating with every request

Everything! It’s a nice place to stay at while in the nice town of Tecate

Cons:

No elevator. We traveled with 4 elderly people and it was very difficult

Amazing
Pros:

Great I accommodation, great remedies they offer various of activities. The staffs are great very clean.

Cons:

What I didn’t like is that the Police from the Tecate tries to pull you over while they come out from the hotel to try to extortionate them.

The pool was under construction, the hot tub didn't work, our room did NOT have a mini fridge
Pros:

Nice that they had a breakfast, and some was made hot. Nice that you could make your own mimosa.

The coffee was weak, not remarkable.

The bed sheet was not replaced with a washed new one after the previous guest was in that room. I found tiny hairs and some dust on the foot side.
