Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, a 15 minutos a pie de la acrópolis. El apartamento era confortable y la limpieza correcta.

Cons:

El alojamiento está situado junto a un cruce con mucho tráfico de vehículos. Las motos son especialmente ruidosas. Mi apartamento estaba en la parte más alejada del cruce y no me afectó demasiado pero debería mejorarse el aislamiento frente al ruido de las ventanas de la fachada.

Had a fantastic stay, Highly recommend.
Pros:

This location was perfect for our stay. it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do and many wonderful restaurants just around the corner. the room was very comfortable, the view was perfect, and each time i sent a question to the owner, it was responded to in a timely manner. I highly recommend this property.

Cons:

Not sure that i disliked anything seeing that we really didn't know what to expect. i would say that traffic noise was the main thing that i didnt expect, but watching from the balcony was a bit entertaining and craziness of the traffic. A must see. i also am glad that we packed wash cloths and there were none provided.

We were in Athens for 2 days prior to a cruise. There were issues with both rooms.
Pros:

There was no breakfast at this hotel. The location, while in a very busy area for traffic is superb. We went everywhere on foot, it was so well located. Staff at the reception were extremely nice.

Cons:

While ideally located the trade off is the noise from the traffic, even with the windows closed. The Safe in our room didn`t work. There was not enough coffee or tea for the two nights.

Ottimo appartamento-Terrazza comune con vista Partenone voto 10+!
Pros:

L'appartamento è pulito, spazioso e con arredi moderni. Dotato di tutto il necessario: phon, bollitore, macchinetta del caffè.
Disponibile anche un bel balcone, oltre che alla terrazza del building con vista sul Partenone che è la vera chicca dell'appartamento. Non prettamente nel centro storico di Atene, che però è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi in poco tempo.
Parcheggio nelle vicinanze disponibile.

Cons:

L'appartamento affaccia su una via trafficata, si percepisce un po' di rumore dall'esterno. Molto apprezzabile l'utilizzo dei doppi vetri che stempera notevolmente il possibile disagio.
