Sehr angenehmer und abwechslungsreicher Aufenthalt. Hotel und Stadt waren aussergewöhnlich.
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Service. Mariarca an der Reception hat uns alle Fragen beantwortet und uns geholfen mit Tipps und Fahrservice. Das findet man nicht überall. Das war aussergewöhnlich.

Cons:

Draussen etwas laut. Hat uns persönlich nicht gestört. Das gehört zu Napoli

Delightful stay
Pros:

In particular the help received from Mariarca. From check in to check out the care she takes to make the visit as easy and enjoyable as possible. Advice on eating out and sights to see, she's a treasure. When we come back to Napoli we'll try hard to get this accomodation again. Very comfy bed and pillows. Excellent shower and bathroom. Late check in and Mariarca had water there for us. Couldn't be better.

Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber. Bad auch perfekt. Es ist alles wie erwartet

All in all super Unterkunft mit anfänglichen Herausforderungen.
Pros:

Super Lage, schöne und vor allem ruhige Unterkunft.

Cons:

Der check in war kompliziert, da niemand anwesend war. Der Code für den Hauszugang wurde nicht bereitgestellt. Eine Bewohnerin des Hauses hat mich in das Haus gelassen. Für den Zutritt in den Aufenthaltsraum und in das Zimmer gab es Codes die funktionieren.

Wonderful stay, would come again!
Pros:

Property was great location, excellent and kind staff, very modern and great amenities. AC was wonderful, water got very hot for showers. We loved our entire stay and felt so comfortable. Great place to stay when exploring Naples!

Pros:

Gute Lage direkt an den beiden Metrolinien 1 und 2 sowie am Archäologischen Museum. (Zur Info: Linie 2 gehört nicht direkt zum Metrosystem und benötigt Fahrkarten von Trenitalia!) Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist modern und gut gestaltet. Auch der Self-Check-in nach 20 Uhr hat hervorragend geklappt. Unser Zimmer war hofseitig und somit für Neapel sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas klein, was an sich nicht schlimm ist wenn es genug Ablagemöglichkeiten gibt. Das war vor allem im Bad leider nicht der Fall. Für zwei Person bei längeren Aufenthalten definitiv etwas beengt.

Das Hotel erfüllte alle Erwartungen an ein Stadthotel, es ist familiär, zentral gelegen und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr nett und wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend behandelt :)

Not recommended unless you have a non-street side room.
Pros:

The breakfast was adequate. The cleaning product smell used in the breakfast room was overwhelming. The lady who was there was very helpful. The room itself was very adequate although not very clean.

Cons:

Although the location was convenient, we were unable to sleep because of the constant road noise all night long.

Getting into the property was not easy. The entrance system was not working so we had to use the key in the advertising box. Having that key there did not make us feel very secure. We then had to carry our bags up a flight of stairs and down again when we left. There were two more doors before we could enter the room. Entering was not intuitive.

We chose to leave after the first night of our prepaid two nights because we had gotten no sleep the first night.
