Excellent location in the heart of Malaga with good value for money
Pros:

Excellent location right in the centre of Malaga. It was exactly what we were looking for, it had a small kitchen area within the room, with tea/coffee facilities, and a fridge etc. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Excellent value for money.
I would recommend to others

Cons:

We were on the ground floor which was perfect. I didn't see a lift so if you were going upstairs with a lot of bags, that could be difficult up the stairs

Cons:

Hay mucho ruido. No te confirman en la reserva si la habitación da al patio o a la calle. A nosotros nos tocó un bajo (a pie de calle literalmente) y el ruido de noche era horrible… además estaba al lado de la puerta de entrada al edificio, si no era el ruido de fuera era de dentro…

Pros:

Top Lage - mittendrin und fußläufig alles erreichbar. Trotzdem war es drinnen sehr ruhig. Bequemes Bett; alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Gepäckaufbewahrung am letzten Tag war kein Problem. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und war sicher nicht das letzte Mal da.

Cons:

Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln.

Superb stay in a fabulous apartment.
Pros:

Absolutely everything. The location was perfect. The whole place was just fabulous. Everything you needed. So clean & comfortable. It was bang in the middle of everything, on the 3rd floor with triple glazing so no noise at all. The best nights sleep of our whole trip. Would highly recommend this apartment. It also had a little terrace in the sunshine. Really great communication with the owners too.

Cons:

There is no lift, we didn’t mind as we had small carry on cases.

A wonderful apartment for a long weekend
Pros:

Perfect location for exploring the old town
Walkable to bus and train station
Brilliant communication from hosts and they were very helpful.
Large apartment that was spotlessly clean and very comfortable
Plenty of storage in the bedroom areas
Much less noisy than expected for somewhere so central.
Despite other reviews we found the shower big enough and temperature/pressure was perfect.

We would absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

If I'm being picky, the shower was looking a little tired and there wasn't much storage in the bathroom.

Hard to make use of windows and outside space as very cramped.

Stairs were a bit of a killer on arrival but we knew we would be on second floor.
