Pros:

From the minute I walked in, Debra at the front desk was very attentive and accommodating. Christopher and Tara were excellent representatives of outstanding customer service during happy hour.

Would’ve been alright except for front desk
Pros:

Very close to St. Jude if that’s the purpose of your visit.

Cons:

I had the worst experience of my life with a lady at the front desk. She traumatised me after being stuck in airports with cancelled and rescheduled flights. She was mean and unbelievably impolite. She managed the make an already very difficult trip the worst I’ve had in decades of travel.
