Great location!
Pros:

Excellent location and amenities. A lovely rooftop pool and bar - 3 pools too! Nearby to the Hollywood Beach Front and restaurants/bars/nightlife. Also a family friendly location. Good communication from hosts.

Cons:

There could be improvement of cleaning and inspection. The sleeper couch bedding had stains - not a good sight to prepare for a comfortable rest.

Cuando llegué me cobraron checking, no me limpiaban habitación y si lo pedía un costo de 80 dolares diario. Tenía balcón pero a un patio interno. Muy mal

Excelente ubicación y equipamiento para disfrutar de la playa en Hollywood Beach
Pros:

Muy buena predisposición del personal del frontdesk y del resort. Excelente ubicación si quieres disfrutar de la playa
El departamento es cómodo, amplio y bien equipado

Cons:

El mobiliario del departamento luce gastado por el uso, para lo que cobran la estadía debería estar mejor.
Si tienes auto, el estacionamiento es un problema, debes pagar 50usd por día (incluyendo impuestos)
Que impongan la tasa de resort, dado que en mi caso no lo utilicé

Proximity to beach.

Cons:

Not Ocean front, hidden $50 registration fee. Ocean view was obstructed. $90 Parking for 2 days. $45 daily resort fee pp. Pool had over 75 ppl in it at one point. People diving, wrestling, kids going nuts. Biohazzard. Did not let me check in 30 min before 4pm. Had to wait until 4 pm ...on the dot.
