Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ! Βρισκόταν δίπλα στο Union Station, που βόλευε την άφιξή μας με το flixbus και την αναχώρησή μας για το αεροδρόμιο με το ειδικό τραίνο

Cons:

Ζήτησα αφύπνιση για την επόμενη μέρα λόγω πτήσης και αυτή δεν έγινε ποτέ! Επιπλέον ζητήθηκε εγγύηση για τη διαμονή μας. Τι ζημιά θα μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε σε μια νύχτα?

Would recommend this hotel. So much to offer and near to train station
Pros:

A fabulous boutique hotel. Clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely. Great selection of beers at the bar!

Cons:

Room could have been a bit bigger but otherwise, nothing. Will be back next year

Localização e aspecto excelentes
Pros:

Tudo é novo e o colchão muito confortável.

Cons:

A janela do quarto quase não permitia a entrada de luz natural. Recomendo solicitar andares altos.

Very disappointed due to false advertising of rooms
Pros:

The hotel lobby was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly

Cons:

What I didn’t like was the room I got was not what I saw on the website. On the website the room I thought I was getting was 2 standard beds, sofa and more room space that what I got. I felt that it was false advertising because I would have never book the very small room I got

Average. Since we were just crashing for the night it was ok

The location as it was close to Union Stn

Cons:

It was very small even tho it was a king bed. There was no closet or anything. The AC which was literally about two feet away from the bed, made so much noise when it started we could barely sleep. The bed mattress was not secure so it kept tipping over when one of us got out of bed. The view from the room was looking into the other side of the building into other rooms.

Good hotel
Pros:

Great location close to Union station.
Room was clean and nice bathroom.
Breakfast was really excellent and breakfast staff very friendly.

Cons:

Air conditioning was stuck on full blast so at midnight m, with the noise deafening, we were moved to another room.

A luxury feel from start to finish!
Pros:

We loved the location and the quality feel of our room and the property in general had a luxury feel.

A really good hotel for a city break in Toronto. Great location, welcoming team & well designed.
Pros:

A modern and comfortable hotel with beautiful furnishings and art work in the public areas and in rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

Short walk from Union Station and train to airport.

Cons:

Our room was a little on the small side to accommodate us and our luggage but it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The smaller size meant close proximity to the air con unit which was a little noisy but not unbearable and we were able to turn it off on one of the nights of our stay anyway.
