The location was fantastic. Room was great size.
We had contacted in advance to staying, asking if we could leave our luggage behind reception/ luggage storage after checking out. As our flight wasn’t till later that evening we were hoping to keep our suitcases at the hotel til later afternoon. We received communication via booking.com that this would be accommodated and no problem for us to leave luggage at hotel.
Once checked out, we were told there was no room for our luggage - perhaps only for our 2 small rucksacks and not suitcases, this came as a shock and surprise to us all especially after messaging in advance. We’ve never experienced this before at any other hotel. We had to pay for storage of our suitcase across the road , we are very disappointed.

Beautifully designed hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bed and very close to Union Station, making it super easy to get around.
My room was very dark and had a bit of an industrial feel, almost like it was in the basement, it felt different to the warm and welcoming lobby area. It was still comfortable but glad I was only there for a night as I wouldn’t have wanted to spend much time in there during the day.

The hotel has an excellent location, just steps away from Union Station in Toronto, making transportation extremely convenient. The direct connection to the airport via the UP Express is a major advantage for travelers.
The room was small but very clean and well equipped, featuring a mini fridge, electric kettle, coffee and tea, hair dryer, soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. One feature I particularly appreciated was the filtered water station located in the hallway, allowing guests to refill their water bottles whenever needed. The Smart TV was also large and worked well.
The queen-size bed was comfortable, although not the most comfortable I have experienced. Sound insulation was decent; I could not hear noise from the floor above, but hallway noise was noticeable.
The bathroom was spacious, nicely decorated, and everything worked perfectly, including the hot water and shower.
The air conditioning was effective, but it was quite noisy and located right next to the bed.
I also felt that the hotel could improve the welcome experience by providing more information about the bar and other amenities, or perhaps offering a small perk such as a discount on the first breakfast.
I found the price to be somewhat high for the overall quality and amenities offered by the hotel.
It would be great to have a late check out option. Not only to 1 pm but to 5 pm as well
