Very convenient place to stay, just ask not to be put in a tiny room
Pros:

Location and staff were both great, we would stay again.

Cons:

Some rooms were better (bigger) than others (we stayed twice). The small rooms were not good value for money.

I will not be back as I like to sleep.

Modern and the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The room I expected to be small, but wow the bathroom was tiny, literally nose against the wall when sat on the toilet. Squeezing into the shower to use some awful smelling products. The heat in the room was unbearable, the air conditioner works but for it to be effective it’s as loud as a jumbo jet. The room was also very noisy, I was seven floors up and I could hear traffic, people in the street, basically everything. For two nights we pretty much did not sleep. The door to the room is pretty much lit up like a rectangular halo due to the light from the corridor, and then you get the gaggle of cleaners chatting very loudly in the corridor when you are trying to catch up on lost sleep. When checking out we were not asked how our stay was so we could. It air at the time.

Fabulous stay with perfect facilities, staff & location! ⭐
Pros:

This property is in a perfect location. Right in the heart of Toronto - perfect walkable access to nearly all sites aswell as being across the road from Union Station where there’s numerous transport links even out with Toronto city centre (we got the FLIX bus from here to Niagara Falls & also used the UP train back and forth to the airports).

The staff were also super friendly and happy to help. The coffee & matcha from the cafe at reception was amazing also!

The reviews about the rooms being small are accurate but they are clean and well facilitated (Water fountains on every floor, large TVs, fridges etc) which was most important to us as this was mainly a trip for us to see Toronto and its sites! It’s definitely perfect hotel if you’re looking for a city break room rather than a luxury break where you will be spending majority of your time in the room…

Would definitely return and recommend!

Pros:

room was small; bathroom was tiny, getting into shower was difficult due to narrow opening; restaurant was good with very good coffee; location downtown was excellent; handy to Union station and many good restaurants and Rogers Centre.

Bathroom was tiny; shower door entrance was almost too small to get in!

Literally Union station is right on your doorstep. It is also very close to everything. The modern hotel furnishing also looks amazing and calm.

Great location and stay overall!
Pros:

Great location. Very comfortable room and it was cleaned every day by the very friendly staff. Fun, energetic lobby with a cool cafe and restaurant. Would stay again!

Cons:

Rooms are small which is to be expected.

Good access to Union Station but poor position for a holiday.

Proximity to Union Station.

Cons:

Availability of on site food but no on site restaurant. We only had a one night stay and no time to familiarise with the area. Would have been good to have been able to have an evening meal but had to make do with a muffin and a coffee.

Pros:

Perfectly clean and comfortable rooms, great location in terms of public transport and nearby restaurants.

Cons:

Felt a little cheap in some aspects - toiletries could have been nicer (they had a VERY strong herbal fragrance, and the shampoo didn't lather well), bins could have been a bit bigger. There was a makeup towel on our first night, but this wasn't replaced. All minor grievances. No meals for room service, just snacks and drinks.

Cons:

Paying for the property was extremely complicated where I was told upon checkin and check out that all was settled. This was despite the fact that I repeatedly told staff that no money had been taken from my account. I was assured all was in order or perhaps there was a delay due to be a non-Canadian bank. However following my stay, it took 3 weeks of me following up with the hotel and with interrupted communication before I was issued an invoice to pay and even then there was incorrect information. Eventually was all settled but poor from staff.
