Me gusta que la estancia sea cómoda, tranquila y limpia, pero sobre todo que haya buena atención y que las instalaciones estén bien cuidadas.

Cons:

Considero que, en relación con la calidad y el precio de la habitación presidencial, el costo resulta un poco elevado para las amenidades que ofrece. Hizo falta contar con algunas amenidades de cortesía que normalmente se esperan en este tipo de habitación.

También sería excelente que la habitación contara con un frigobar, ya que durante la estancia puede ser necesario mantener alguna bebida o alimento refrigerado y actualmente no se dispone de esta opción.

En general, la habitación es cómoda y tiene buen espacio, pero considero que estos detalles podrían mejorar considerablemente la experiencia y hacer que la relación calidad-precio sea más acorde con la categoría de la habitación.

Nice view of the lake from the terrace, I enjoyed the tubs with a view, and loved the stairs going up around the tree. The staff was very friendly

En una suite de 70 metros, no hay armarios para guardar la ropa!! El desayuno y el servicio de desayuno pésimo. Pedí algo sencillo, hot cakes , no quise preguntar que masa usaban pero no era harina natural seguro, al probar el primer bocado.
