Good value base in Kyoto
Pros:

Short walk to train and bus stops - 1 stop away from Kyoto station or 10min walk to main shopping area and river
Spacious room compared to other options
Had an elevator and washing machine (300 yen for 30min) and dryer (100 yen for 30min)

Cons:

Light came in from hallway, there wasn’t a proper shutter/blind on the window

Pros:

We really appreciate all the help, suggestions, and assistance given to us during our stays. We slept very very well during the 4 days of stays because the environment is absolutely quiet and clean. Besides, we're really grateful for the warmest and sincerest hosting from the colleague, Mr. Han, who helps us handle some personal issues in needed. 10 points are not enough to express how we enjoy our stays in this hotels, who definitely we will has no doubt to recommend to our friends and family.

室内が綺麗で快適に過ごせる。
Pros:

五条駅に近く、飲食店も多かったので立地は良かったです。また室内は清潔で清掃も行き届いていたので快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

ドライヤーの熱風量が弱く、髪を乾かすのに時間がかかるくらいです。

I would stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location. Simple, clean, and comfortable with onsite laundry. It is close to a subway station, shopping, and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Ottima location e rapporto qualità/prezzo
Pros:

1) la posizione: vicina alla metro di Gojo e ad una fermata dalla stazione di Kyoto, e a venti minuti a piedi dal centro; 2) la grandezza della stanza; 3) la grandezza del bagno, composto da stanzetta con solo il wc, antibagno separato con lavandino e stanza per la doccia, con doccia + vasca.

Cons:

Nulla in realtà: l’unica cosa che se volete la pulizia della stanza bisogna chiederlo alla reception la mattina, non lo fanno di default.
