Atendimentos dos funcionários, cafe da manha começava as 6 da manha , ia sair pro aeroporto as 2 da manhã.pedi pra eles e eles entregam cafe da manha quentinho no horário solicitado.

Cons:

Fiz a reserva duas semanas antes do dia marcado, porém, quando cheguei no quarto, a banheiro de hidromassagem estava preta de sujeira, o quarto estava com um cheiro horrível de mofo, liguei para recepção e a recepcionista primeiro informou que ia mandar uma camareira para limpar o quarto. Desligou o telefone, depois liguei novamente e informei que queria ser reembolsada e ia embora, a mesma me informou que solicitou outra suite para nós, aceitei e passei a noite. Por fim, não irei voltar mais porque o atendimento foi horrível e a hospedagem também.

Cheiro ruim no quarto.
Travesseiro com uma capa que parece uma lona de caminhão.
O pior de tudo: um funcionário conversando alto, mas muito alto das 4 às 6h da manhã. Não consegui dormir por conta desse cara falando alto. Barulho nos corredores.
Jamais voltaria.
