Pros:

Beautiful property, well maintained and super friendly host. The property is in the palace and accessible to all the great spots

Cons:

Everything was great - there are 2 flights of stairs and no lift. But the host is great and helped us take them up

Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Loved the location and the staff was amazing (very kind and helpful). Appreciate that they had bottled water available and free. Beds were comfortable, even the pullout sofas which is rare. Spacious bathrooms and very cool that the walls are part of the palace and historic. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Very minor but no elevator but honestly the staff helped us with all the bags so really wasn't an issue.

Amazing place to stay in Split! Five stars!!
Pros:

Beautiful accommodations tucked into Old Town. Super helpful staff who arranged airport pickup at midnight and walked us to our room from the car. Staff was super helpful in meeting us at our next location in Trogir when we left items in the room.

Can’t ask for more if you want to stay in the city center
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed.
Beds felt luxurious, bathroom was big modern and spotless, AC worked well too.
Location also perfect.
There is no receptionist per se but help of any kind is a WhatsApp message away.
It’s a small 3 room hotel located in the heart of the city walls. So you have to haul your luggage through the alleys to get there and then also up 2 flights of stairs.
But that’s the deal with any hotel in that awesome location
