Nice hotel in a good location
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, helpful and friendly staff, close to the big tourist entertainment area but far enough to avoid the noise.

Really enjoyed staying in this small clean hotel which had the added attraction of its own coffee shop on the ground flo

Nice but not as advertised
Pros:

Room was lovely and clean, bed was comfy

Cons:

No breakfast included despite booking breakfast.

I booked this as it had a swimming pool. Looking forward to an afternoon by the pool to find it empty, could not even sit by the empty pool as stair tiles all cracked and no sun loungers etc.

Booked this hotel specifically for location but also breakfast as had a busy few days and the pool as stated on booking.com

Pros:

Great hotel in excellent location - very short Tuktuk ride to get to restaurants, bars & attractions in the city.
Room was nice and quiet
Super friendly and helpful staff
It was so good I booked another stay & could store my luggage for a few days
