Lucie Hotel

When I booked a few days in advance, I asked for a room with balcony on the top floor... but I guess they didnt read the reservation request, as when I arrived they told me there was nothing left that night but a room without a balcony on the bottom floor. When I went in, there was dirt in the entrance area and someone else's hairs everywhere, plus the smell of people smoking on the fire escape next to the room. Not great.

Le personnel n'était pas très accueillant. Des jeunes femmes traînent à la réception toute la journée sur leur téléphone sans denier regarder les nouveaux arrivants ou les renseigner alors que l'accueil est vide.
L'odeur dans la chambre était irrespirable : les équipes de ménages pulvérisent un spray ultra odorant normalement réservé aux WC. Après avoir laissé la chambre s'aérer pendant près de 5h l'odeur prenait toujours a la gorge et a la tête.
Le ménage n'est pas fait correctement : en sortant de la douche et en posant quelques instants les pieds par terre ils sont immédiatement devenus noirs et laissaient des traces sur les draps. Le tapis de bain n'avait visiblement pas été changé au vu des divers poils, cheveux et taches de moisissure

Es gab in meinem Zimmer keinen Stauraum, nicht einmal Haken, um etwas aufzuhängen. Für eine Person war das Zimmer okay, für 2 Personen würde es mit Gepäck eng.

L'assenza dell'ascensore e scale con alzate non sempre regolari non agevolavano salita e discesa con i bagagli. La colazione non è sicuramente un punto di forza.

I don’t know how people have rated the cleaniness of this hotel 8+. It was so dirty. We booked 2 rooms, both smelled really bad and there was hair everywhere. Our sheets were stained and there were also fake eyelashes stuck to the furniture. It wasn’t just the rooms that were dirty, the hallway floor was full of hair and dirt. The breakfast buffet was surrounded by flies and had dead flies on the back of the table. I try to by fair with my reviews but I feel I need to make other people aware as the previous reviews did not prepare me for the state of this hotel

La camera era molto piccola e tutta la struttura sembra un po' trascurata.
