Cons:

The ac did not cool enough and the owner stopped picking calls after 10 pm. I checked in at 9pm and there was only one person at reception who also slept at 11pm. No one to contact about the issues or problems . Won’t recommend .

Not great at all
Pros:

The bathroom was fairly big and the room "looked" kind of clean despite there being lots of ants. The staff were pretty helpful with all enquiries.

Cons:

The lobby smelt awful and the room was really small and had quite a lot of bugs. I think you could probably get more for your money. It's also INCREDIBLY loud outside as it's really near street vendors with big speakers and the night market.

The water from air conditioner kept coming all night. Was told at 11pm to find another hotel as all other rooms were booked. Had to roam around for an hour and didn’t find any room anywhere . Came back and stayed and Had a terrible night couldn’t sleep well and I had an early morning train to Luang Prabang. Please get the AC corrected so that it doesn’t affect other customers. The hotel did not even try to book a room for me elsewhere.

The breakfast is good, the location is very convenient, the staff is friendly. The view is not that bad.

Cons:

The room lacks ventilation and smelled smoke on my arrival. The ladder is inconvenient. The downside area looks messy.

Basic hotel in the heart of Vientiane with an excellent staff.
Pros:

The location is ideal for exploring central Vientiane. The staff is extremely helpful. I have diet restrictions so the staff went above and beyond to provide me with food that met my needs both mornings.

Cons:

The rooms are rather small and are showing their age. The one simple improvement would be yo add a rack to hang clothes.

まぁ快適。
Pros:

ロケーション。部屋は改装したのかきれいでした。

Cons:

5階建てながらエレベーターはありません。朝食は、卵料理が洗濯出来ますが、それ以外は毎朝同じものが並びます。

Leckeres Frühstück und gute Lage.

Cons:

Überall sind Ameisen im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage ist defekt. Es gibt kein Fahrstuhl, was problematisch ist, wenn man im 5. Stock sein Zimmer hat.
