Perfect location and good price value
Pros:

Very clean, modern room. Facilities were excellent, and I particularly liked the built-in water filter for the sink. Checking was easy to use.

Loved the bed and location, everything else was fine
Pros:

Very comfy bed. Nice view from the room. Good location.

Cons:

Having no staff on site was a little frustrating, especially when we couldn’t get into our room and didn’t know how to check out. The bathroom was decent but there was no room to put anything on the sink, which made it far less useful. The decor was kind of meh.

highly recommend, great location, beautiful room, clean and with all facilities you need
Pros:

Amazing location, beautiful room with excellent view of old port

Cons:

housekeeping didn’t make my bed when they did the room service and it did not have a dishwasher so I had to wash the dishes by hand.

I was there for only one night for a bussiness trip.
Pros:

Clealiness, location, nice view , bad was comfy, soap and shampoo was also good.,

Cons:

Self checkin, I received the security code for my room but not my room number. Called customer service, I had to call 3 times before someone pick up the phone. No sound proof you can hear every little step the guest in other room make.

Amazing stay in montreal! Unforgettable!!
Pros:

Amazing staff, shout out to Jimena and Benjamin. They were very thoughtful and respectful. Jimena was really great on giving me tips about restaurants, bars and other recommendations. My apartment was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and clean! I will definitely go back to Arcadia when I am in Montreal again!! Totally recommend it.
