Завтрак классный, но можно немного разнообразить. Урюк совсем (((

Шторка в ванной требует замены, полотенца подуставшие. Вода в ванной плохо уходит (говорила на ресепшн об этом, не знаю, может пытались исправить, но ситуация не изменилась), душевая лейка не держится. И хорошо бы пол в ванной мыть или протирать... ежедневно

Our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by a number of issues. We arrived at around 10pm and, as the hotel is located on a busy road, there was no parking available.

The biggest issue was the lack of sleep. Despite the air conditioning running all night, the room remained so warm that I ended up having a bath at midnight just to cool down. Afterwards, the bath plug became stuck, leaving the bath full of water. Maintenance later removed the plug, but the opening and closing mechanism is clearly broken and needs repairing.

The room was also showing signs of wear and tear, with holes in the bedding, fraying towels and other fittings needing attention. Throughout the night, a boiler or water system made an intermittent humming/drilling noise, while the bright indicator lights from the air conditioning unit and TV connections lit up the room. The thin curtains also let in far too much daylight early in the morning.

To make matters worse, we were then woken by guests laughing and talking directly outside our room. Reception dealt with it promptly after we messaged them, which we appreciated, but as all the rooms are on the ground floor, noise carries very easily. A few signs reminding guests to keep noise to a minimum would be a simple improvement. You can also hear noise from the restaurant in the morning, so it may not be the best choice if you’re hoping for a lie-in.

Although breakfast was included in our stay, we were so exhausted after such a disturbed night that we skipped it in the hope of getting some extra sleep. I explained this to reception, and while they apologised, I was disappointed that no gesture of goodwill was offered, such as allowing us to have breakfast later or offering some form of compensation for the inconvenience.

Overall, the staff are a real credit to the hotel, but guest comfort needs much more attention.

Грязно, в полках мусор. Пульт от телевизора из другого номера. Персонал не обученный, крайне низкий уровень профессионализма. Локация не верная, все окна выходят во двор жилого дома, тем самым дискомфорт и отсутствие возможности отдохнуть. Вода налита в графит, который не имеет крышки. Очень много замечаний.

After the room was cleaned, the bed was not properly made or tucked in according to normal hotel standards. I even showed the issue to the staff multiple times, but every time I returned, the bed sheets was still not properly fixed. While the room appeared clean, it made me question whether the cleaning was done thoroughly because the bed was left looking unfinished.

There was also a lack of proper communication from both the front desk and housekeeping staff. I raised the concern several times, yet the same issue continued throughout my stay.

If you are staying in the rooms located at the back area of the hotel, be aware that you may hear children running around, even during the evening.

Overall, the hotel is modern, and the hallways are clean and well-maintained. However, the way the beds are made can leave guests wondering whether the room has been cleaned to a proper standard. Better put also a note that they can avail free water in the front dest than giving a unsealed water in the container
