The whole place was out of this world and everything we had was of the best quality, Hotel rooms and especially the bathrooms are so spacious and lovely, breakfast was lovely, staff treated us so nicely and even gave us a discount on the spa service as we bought it only for one morning, and the spa itself was the highlight and the reason i’ll be looking to go back or to another Champneys! This place has everybting you would need and 100% worth it
only thing i didn’t like was that i only stayed one day as the hotel was perfect

Spa was extensive , staff friendly, clean
Restaurant - lovely food and wine
The screen mirroring / casting didn’t work on the TV so we had to stream on our phones
The previous occupant had her name on the TV alongside the room number
The programmes we attempted to watch that were listed on the TV kept pausing
If you are staying several days I would expect the tea bags to be replenished
The partly used shampoo little bottle by the bath wasn’t tidied and I had decanted conditioner from the shower container into a cup to use in the bath - and that wasn’t cleaned
One of the male toilets downstairs hadn’t got toilet paper so my husband had to use the disable toilet
These were details that I believe should be attended to in a luxury hotel and enhance a stay
