Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple reviews explicitly mention the hotel as "muy limpio" and "súper limpio"; cleanliness is a clear positive.
Service
1
Service repeatedly praised (Emilce named specifically as very kind, attentive and exceptional); staff attention is a strong positive.
Location
1
Location is repeatedly noted as near the airport, quiet and strategic — a clear positive for business and leisure travelers.
Room Quality
1
Rooms described as comfortable with good beds and pillows; TVs and furnishings noted as nearly new, though one mention of TV service issues.
Amenities
1
Amenities are negatively impacted by explicit complaints about internet and television service; these recurring functional issues significantly lower the amenities score.
Value for Money
1
Not explicitly discussed in the reviews; assigned the target overall rating.
Food and Beverage
1
Breakfast is described positively (delicious/good) in several reviews, a modest positive for F&B.
Overall Experience
1
Overall experience is generally positive (comfortable, welcoming, would return), but minor negatives such as internet/TV problems and a missing exterior sign temper a perfect score.

Estancia por practicidad
Pros:

Pros:

El dormitorio está bien
el baño también

Cons:

Desayunos no existen
