Pros:

Everything about the hotel is wonderful. Modern, clean and most importantly the most amazing and friendly helpful staff. They honestly made my stay great.

5 star feel to the hotel and service.

Zeer prettig verblijf
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zijn altijd welwillend om mee te denken/helpen. Het was erg hygiënisch en niet grootschalig. Ontbijt was super. Ook de ligging was erg prettig; net 2 straten achter alle drukte maar op loopafstand van het centrum.

Exceptional Hospitality and Comfort
Pros:

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment I arrived, the stay was perfect. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and well-maintained.
The location was very helpful to go around, 1 min from the bus station and 10 from the city center and old town. What really set this place apart was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, they gave me fantastic local recommendations and even provided a bus schedule to help me get around easily. To top it off, they suggested me a breakfast box in case I had to leave early in the morning before regular breakfast hours.
Truly outstanding service and attention to detail. I will definitely be back!

Cons:

If i have to say something about what I did not like was the view of old and ruined building from the balcony but is not the hotel’s fault and problem so I’ll just say nothing ☺️

Die Miss Marrone hotel in Chania war mit abstand das beste hotel in dem wir je übernachtet haben ! Unser Aufenhalt war einfach perfekt 🥰 ! Es gab wirklich nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat! Das gesamte Hotel is wunderschön , modern und makellos sauber !! Die zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet sehr frisch und mit selbst gemachten leckeren Spezialitäten. Das beste war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereite Personal! Auch die Lage ist ideal in 5 min. zu fuß erreichbar restaurants , cafés , bars ,clubs, einkaufstrasse auch strand 10 min. zu fuß ( langer sandstrand Nea Chora Beach mit einer herrlichen Promenade mit tavernen und vielen restaurant ). Auch preise am strand waren fair ein set mit einem Sonnenschirm und zwei liegen kostete je nach strandabschnitt ca. 20e . Ein besonderes Highlight für uns war der Red Havana Beach Club der in etwa ca. 20 minuten mit bus vom hotel erreichbar ist die atmosphäre is modern bietet guter stiemmung pool musik mit einem DJ und und … Ein weiterer große pluspunkt in nur etwa 2 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich der große busbahnhof also kann man Ausflüge auf eigine faust unternehmen (zb. wir sind zum berühmten Elaffonisi Beach gefahren der für rosafarbene sand und kristallklare türkisfarbene wasser bekannt ist) Vielen dank an das gesamte Team des Miss Marrone Hotels ❤️ und dankeschön an die liebe zimmerdame im ersten stock die unser Zimmer jeden tag mit viel sorgfahlt gereingt hat sie war immer freundlich ❤️
