La vue, le jardin avec la piscine, le calme , tout était très propre et les propriétaires très gentils et disponibles.
Pour bien profiter et pouvoir sortir le soir, on conseille d' avoir un moyen de transport, voiture ou quad.
La douche était un peu petite.

The grounds and the view over Parikia were amazing. The pool was great, a bit cool but it is only May. The breakfast yogurt was exceptional. Effie and other guests were very helpful. It is only a 15 minute walk into the center of Parikia and about 7 minutes to where the restaurants start across from the beach.
We did not have a car and there is very little room to walk beside the road. You need to hug the wall as cars go past. But if you take the path to the beach you are only on the road for a little bit. We had a flashlight for coming back at night so cars could see us because there are very few lights
Comfortable beds, great breakfast, phantastic swimming pool and poolbar. Walking distance from beach and city. Very nice and friendly owners. The view and the silence. Parking.
Wifi could be a bit stronger but basically no negative points to mention
The view was just amazing, pool looked great although we did not get a chance to use it due to exploring the island. The breakfast was good, had a selection of meats, breads, would have liked a cooked breakfast personally
Would have been nice if there was a kettle with tea and coffee in the room, especially as the host are gone by 9pm.
Also some sort of squeezy to clear the floor in the shower/ wet room would be good too

Habitacion bonita, muy bien situada. Pero estaria bien un poco mas de espacio para guardar cosas. A lo mejor una pequeña mesa auxiliar con cajones complementaria muy bien la habitacion.

We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Effie, Barbis, and George, who went above and beyond to make our experience special. When I initially booked, we needed to adjust our dates slightly, and Effie immediately accommodated the change. As a result, we were generously upgraded to a better room at no extra cost.
We stayed in the studio, which is separate from the main hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The property itself is beautiful, with a lovely pool and a well-maintained garden—perfect for relaxing. The on-site bar is also a great spot for refreshments throughout the day.
Effie, Barbis, and George were incredibly helpful during our stay. They assisted us in booking taxis to and from the port (it’s about a 20–25 minute walk, so not ideal with luggage, though pleasant for walking to nearby restaurants), and they also helped us arrange a scooter, which made getting around the island much easier.
No request was too much, and their kindness truly made a difference. We would absolutely love to come back!
My only recomendation would be to purchase some bedside lights so guests have more lighting options when going to sleep / waking up.

Right from the start Effie was so helpful. In 30 minutes of arrival she had arranged an ATV dropped off and out laundry collected. The accommodation is beautiful. From the breakfast to the pool area and grounds. We had room 12 which had a lovely sitting area day bed overlooking the pool and ocean. Gorgeous. It’s a short walk 20 min walk to bars restaurants and supermarkets. Effie provided great resources as to where to go and what to see. The bar was open from 6pm. We stayed 3 nights in May. We now wished we had stayed longer. Highly recommend Roses Beach Hotel and thank Effie for being so generous 🩷. Love love it there. Cath & Peter
