ARRIVAL:
TOURIST TAXES will be requested at your arrival. Amount per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.

El tracte del personal, per sobre de tot, especialment de la recepció.
El personal, la neteja,les instalacions
Feia molta calor a l`habitacio vam dormir amb el balcó obert i tota la nit de sentia un generador i/o un aspersor de la finca colindant. Aquests dies ha fet molta calor a tot arreu i l`habitacio on vam estar no estar preparada per la calor.
Great location, just a short walk away from the gondola. Lovely town and outside of Andorra La Vella but very easy bus system if you have cash!

Hay un empleado argentino que es bastante borde. Si lo pillas de buenas es majo pero creemos que sería bueno que se relajara un poco

Fuimos por una noche y nos quedamos dos
La primera noche la vista de la habitación era espectacular pero al ser pareja que nos dieran dos camas dobles unidas no fue muy cómodo 🥺 cuando pagamos la segunda noche pedimos que por favor nos ubicaran en una nueva habitación con cama matrimonial y accedieron muy amablemente
Nos vamos satisfechos y agradecidos
No había aire acondicionado, ni ventilador, el costo del parking es muy costoso
Sería mucho mejor si la cena la acompañan aunque sea con algo de agua 🙌🏻

habitación espaciosa con vistas a la montaña.El baño de buen tamaño. Zona tranquila y garage de pago espacioso porque en el pueblo todo es zona azul.Buena comunicación con Les Escaldes con autobús.
Cuando hace mucho calor se echa en falta aire acondicionado en la habitación.Es un problema comun en la mayoría de hoteles de Andorra, excepto en pueblos de gran altitud como Arinsal o Soldeu.
