The staff are amazing, made sure we had everything we needed on our stay
Certain areas of the hotel could do with a lick of paint or tidy up
Beautiful property with a backyard which is rare in London. There was a bonus that the backyard had resident rabbits.
Staff at the hotel were wonderful. The hotel was a 3 minute walk to Earl’s Court station.
Rooms are small.
Splendid ground floor and garden. Very friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. Very quiet hotel. Close to tube station.

Loved the hotel, every detail! The gym is great, terrace and garden are fantastic, lunch spot’s food is so tasty.
Beautiful! So gorgeous, the garden is absolutely stunning. Great cocktails! Everyone was lovely.
The best amenity this hotel offers is the comforting knowledge that, sooner or later, your stay will end and you'll be able to go home.
If you are looking at the photos and thinking this hotel must be amazing, I made exactly the same mistake.
I travel frequently and stay in many hotels every year, and I can honestly say this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had.
We stayed for over 10 days, which is probably why we saw the reality behind the beautiful photographs. If you stay for one night, you may never notice the problems. Stay longer, however, and the cracks begin to show very quickly.
The service was consistently poor throughout our stay. We received incorrect food orders, struggled to get basic requests fulfilled, and at one point had to call room service three separate times just to receive water. Clean towels were often unavailable, and simple issues that should have been resolved immediately were either ignored or handled with complete indifference.
The biggest disappointment was the attitude of the staff. Several employees were dismissive and unhelpful, but the most concerning interactions were with a male staff member who presented himself as part of the management team. Rather than trying to assist guests, he frequently came across as confrontational and unprofessional.
One incident perfectly sums up our experience. After spending well over a week at the hotel and paying thousands of pounds for our stay, I was stopped on my way to the lift and told that I needed to settle the final night's payment before using it. In all my years of travelling, I have never experienced anything remotely like this. The issue was never the payment itself; it was the disrespectful and humiliating manner in which guests were treated.
To make matters worse, I booked a Suite expecting a premium experience. After seeing other room categories during our stay, I discovered that some of the Classic rooms were actually larger and more practical. Staff members themselves confirmed this.
What a stunning hotel relaxing fabulous facilities and the garden was amazing
The vibe, stylish, staff were fabulous and the garden space was a real perk
It felt like a modern, yet spacious for London, boutique hotel. The staff was great, the location was nice and walkable but easy to get additional transportation. They had bunnies in their yard for guests to look at and the outdoor space was so lovely.
The underground station nearby was going through construction so we could not easily take that from Heathrow and there was a car alarm that went off several times in the middle of the night. I know the hotel can't help either of those but it definitely disrupted sleep and cost a bit more and took more time to take a hired car. Just things I'd consider when booking again - but would definitely consider booking here again.
The location ,the food and beautiful surroundings and outdoor areas.
The service was sometimes slow at our wedding reception. The gym equipment was below par.
