Schönes Schloss mit Zimmern im Nebengebäude, die mehr Aufmerksamkeit bedürften.
Pros:

Die Lage und der Schlosscharakter. Frühstück im Gewölbekeller war mal was anderes.

Cons:

Für den Preis waren die Zimmer im Nebengebäude zu abgewohnt. Schlecht gestrichen und im Bad teils dreckig.

Mooie omgeving simpele kamer
Pros:

Fijne ligstoelen voor bij het hotel met uitzicht op de Moezel . Goed ontbijt al was het roerei niet al te gaar Vriendelijk personeel

We hadden een hele simpele kamer in een bijgebouw ipv in het kasteel zoals gecommuniceerd was Er was geen koelkast en geen waterkoker/nespresso wat voor de hoge prijs een vanzelfsprekendheid had moeten zijn En dan een donker douchegordijn ipv douchedeuren

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Sehr schönes Haus direkt an der Mosel gelegen. Das schön eingerichtete Zimmer hatte einen Blick zum Fluss, was sehr schön war. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, zum Essen Abends saß man im Innenhof.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer, dass für Personen mit Handikap gedacht war … mein Mann und ich sind allerdings sehr fit und waren da etwas fehl am Platz. Es gab auch keine Begründung, wieso wir gerade dieses Zimmer bekommen haben, das wäre nett gewesen.
Zum hervorragenden Frühstück würde auch ein hervorragender Kaffee passen, da ist noch Potenzial nach oben bei der Kaffeemaschine.
Mitten im Sommer gab es sehr dicke Bettdecken, das wäre vielleicht auch noch zu überarbeiten.

Historisk, ærverdig og flott slottshotell
Pros:

Flott hotell og du føler deg som en konge. Nydelig mat og strålende service!

Cons:

Det var veldig varmt disse dagene og det var ikke lett å få det kjølig på rommet på natta.

Leuke tussenstop in een mooi gebouw

Très bien pour se reposer!
Pros:

Hotel, très bien placé Parking gratuit pratiquement sur les trois frontières, Allemagne, France, Luxembourg !
Très bon petit déjeuner literie confortable, point négatif, peut-être pour certains !pas de climatisation !
Personnelle très sympathique, très bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation pendant la canicule !

Tolles Ambiente und sehr freundlicher Empfang. Unkompliziert und mit Bedacht.
Unsere Hündin war Willkommen. Ein tolles Ambiente im Frühstücksraum. Stilvoll und geschmackvoll. Das Bett war bequem, der Ausblick auf die Mosel himmlisch am Morgen.
