Quelle déception !
Pros:

Rien, sinon l'amabilité du personnel, la propreté et la connexion WI-FI dès qu'on nous a eu donné le bon code et non une partie de celui-ci.

Cons:

Presque tout : chambre dans une annexe, au 3ème étage, sans ascenseur (nous avons 70 et 75 ans). Chambre mansardée, avec pour seule ouverture un petit velux. Canicule lors de notre passage, la chambre était un sauna ! Equipements : 1 prise de lit pour deux, 1 chaise pour deux, drap de dessous froissé (mais propre), la peinture est à revoir d'urgence (cloques, salissures), 1 seul oreiller par personne, penderie pour unique meuble et un petit (très petit) rangement à tiroirs. Salle de bain désuète, avec le stricte minimum : douche cabine, évier, wc - sans aération ! Seule chose intéressante : une vaste pièce au rez-de-chaussée. Côté "château" : terrasse côté rue assez rudimentaire, terrasse côté Moselle plus intéressante. Déjeuner basique, pain baguette ultra chaud, charcuteries et fromages sans aucun moyen de réfrigération (l'AFSCA devrait passer par là) mais quand même bien meilleur que ce qui nous fut servi la veille au soir. Le prix est mini (35€ entrée - plat - dessert) mais même à ce prix là on ne peut pas servir pareille nourriture ! Avec erreur dans l'addition pour conclure (celle d'une autre table), cela peut arriver mais c'était la "cerise" sur le gâteau ! 195€ - chambre de ce type et petit déjeuner moyen : c'est beaucoup trop cher payé.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Château de Schengen !
Pros:

L'accueil est tellement agréable, l'endroit magnifique, le petit déjeuner formidable, le repas délicieux

Cons:

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré, c'est de pouvoir prendre un petit snack sur la terrasse ou au bar et pas uniquement des boissons. Nous avons entendu pratiquement toutes les personnes qui se trouvaient sur la terrasse faire la même réflexion.

Gang galmde en was enorm hoorbaar wanneer je in bed ligt. Je hoorde stemmen, voetstappen, etc. Slecht geslapen daar al het lawaai. Badkamer zeer karig. Ontbijt was ook zeer matig en niet uitgebreid

Beautiful building and surroundings, carefully renovated and with tasteful interior in the common areas. Not sure about the rooms in the main building, but the room in the neighbour house was a bit underwhelming - for the price, it felt a bit outdated (especially the bathroom), not super comfortable, and not very well-equipped.

Breakfast choice was not huge, but what was available was of good taste and quality. We didn't try the restaurant for dinner as it didn't seem to put effort in offering equivalent vegetarian options.

Staff was friendly and trying their best. It wasn't always easy to get ahold of someone at the reception (even at times when they had promised they would watch our lugagge which was stored there).

It was alright but for the price and marketing of the place you’d expect more
Pros:

The stair case and terrains are beautiful and my room, although very small, was very charmingly

Cons:

The staff was not very friendly or welcoming and the bathrooms can definitely do with an upgrade
