A pleasure to stay in a chateau. A very understated chateau, on the river .
No hanging space ..
Wel een redelijke locatie, wel een drukke weg langs het hotel
We hadden ‘s nachts erg veel last van lawaai…waterzuivering? En de lichtbakken aan de muren van het hotel schijnen erg de kamer in. Het was warm weer, maar de airco maakt te veel lawaai om ‘s nachts aan te laten

De locatie is fantastisch!
Op maandag is eigenlijk alles gesloten betreft horeca. Het dan ook vreemd voor zo’n hotel het restaurant niet geopend is. Ook dat er rondom niets open is.
De ligging, direct naast het museum.
Geen airco, warme kamer.

I liked the location by the river. I liked that there is no major highway immediately adjacent to the hotel. And I like that the hotel is surrounded by well-kept and landscaped grounds in a cozy setting. I also liked that the facility had historic significance that added to the ambiance of our stay.
I didn't like the special event that was happening immediately outside our room window for the first 3 hours of our stay. It clogged the parking lot with cars from party goes leaving no spaces for overnight guests to park. The music was extremely loud techno music that maintained a non-stop thumping sound that made it difficult to relax after a long day of driving and touring. It sounded like a Berlin disco outside our window - DJ included, but it finally ended as dark approached and the peacefulness of our stay was allowed to begin.
The location is very nice and right next to the river.
The chateau is lovely, you can sit in the garden and have a drink looking at the river. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was very nice.
The breakfast wasn’t as good, no fruit!
The bedrooms look like they have been upgraded. The staff were friendly and helpful.
They do have air conditioning but it’s a unit that you have to put the tube outside the window, a fan would be better.

Nothing, our stay was perfect
The staff was very helpful. The location was a dream. Very tastefully renovated Chateau along the Moselle.
Perhaps the bed were a little soft for me. My wife would have like to have smoked or salted salmon at breakfast. My wife would have also like a wee bit more closet or storage space in the room.
The Breakfast was terrible ...they need to make more of an effort
