They should fix the wifi internet speed and the air handling system, and then you can give them 9/10
Pros:

Staff are very friendly and cooperative, the location is very strategic, and very easy to access.
Spacious parking if you have your own car.

Cons:

The wifi connection is very bad.
The humidity level is very high; I think they have a problem with the cooling and air handling systems!
