Happy to Nest There
Pros:

We got very courteous service from Jody who was working at the front desk. She was very helpful with finding us a parking spot for our pickup which was loaded with items we were in the process of moving from Moscow to Boise for our granddaughter. We needed to feel that it would be secure overnight. She was great!

Cons:

We have no complaints. This is the second time we've stayed at the Sparrow.

This place has a groovy vibe
Pros:

Great location, super cute place. The staff were all super friendly and service was amazing. The rooms are fun, cute and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros:

Fabulous location. Helpful staff. Fun and clever boutique hotel.

Cons:

Hallways a little “echo” ie. but that’s okay. I just felt bad that I could hear guests outside in hallway and they could prob hear me when they were in their room.

Great little coffe and wine bar in the lobby. Location was great. Walkable to many restaurants and bars. Liked the use of eco-friendly materials. Internet was strong.

Pros:

The location was excellent and loved the coffee shop. Staff is friendly and loved the tea kettle in the room. The room was a good size too.

Cons:

For the price, the hotel was extremely loud. Every night a trash truck came through the alley and beeped its horn. Additionally there must not be a ton of insulation between rooms as you could hear what your neighbors were up to.

It was a unique hotel, well designed and in a good downtown location.
Pros:

I liked the location, the design, the staff. And the little extras like the Sparrow notebook and the wonderful bathrobe. The staff was very kind to help us store our bicycles.

Cons:

Some items were missing from my room - a hairdryer and water cups. There was no breakfast. It would be nice to have even a continental breakfast.
