Amazing
Pros:

The location is amazing right in the centre of everything. Very clean and modern staff were amazing. Stayed for the night with a group of our friends for our hen/stag and had the best time. We had breakfast at the property and that was delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Terrible
Cons:

No sleep for 3 nights, noisy room opposite bar that was open until early hours with multiple live singers clashing. No air con in room and unable to open window due to noise. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. £227 per night can get you much better in the City.

The heat throughout was unbearable and we had no way to control in room. No air conditioning and we were offered a tiny bedside fan, albeit they advised they had brand new tower air conditioning units they would bring to our room and it never happened

Cons:

När vi kom dit visade det sig att det var en nattklubb på entréplan som var mycket högljudd med extremt hög musik tills kl.01 på nätterna. Det hördes mycket väl på rummet. Det saknades även ac på rummet som blev väldigt varmt och pga den höga musiken kunde man inte öppna fönstret. Personalen hade lagt in hörselproppar men inte ens de hjälpte den höga ljudnivån. Man fick helt enkelt ligga vaken till 01 för att kunna sova. Det fanns ingen information om det här vid bokningen och dessutom fick man betala dyrt för boendet.

Cons:

Heat was unbearable in the room, even with the fan provided by as impossible to get a sleep. With a pub across the way open till 1am, we were unable to open the window to let fresh air in because of the noise.
