Having been to Belfast before, we knew this hotel is located in busy downtown with lots of bars around! There’s live music until 1AM after which all is quiet.
There hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms spacious and comfortable.
Room got VERY HOT even though only 12 degrees outside with NO way to cool it down - no A/C, fan, or window that could open. No service available during the night to solve the issue. No personnel available at check out. Basically a public bar with rooms above. Lift out of service without prior notice.
Perfect location if you want to enjoy the nightlife in the area. Walking distance to Duke of York, Dirty Onion and Thirsty Goat opposite. Room large and spacious, clean, with modern decor and complimentary water. Complimentary ear plugs though with windows shut noise is nominal.
Nothing. But if you want to stay somewhere quiet and have an early night this is not the place for you.

Felt like we were in a nighclub. The bar across the road had live music blaring till 1am. It was really,really noisy.
Great if you like that, we just wanted to sleep as had an early start. They do supply ear plugs, unfortunately they did not do much. We stayed on a Monday

Room was very hot but it was warm anyway. There was just no way we could figure out how to change the temp. Would make this 10/10 if guests got a discount on breakfast as it’s not particularly cheap to eat breakfast there.

Lovely room very spacious, lovely bathrooms with a rain shower and the pressure of the shower was excellent. The breakfast was delicious too.
The rooms were so warm, with no ac or fan to cool you down. We stayed for 2 nights and the first night was very difficult to sleep and we had an early morning. The noise levels were very bad because of the club below and across from the street. The noise levels and the heat made it very uncomfortable. This is a perfect spot however if you're planning a night out, as the noise stops at 1 o clock, just possibly bring along your own fan if you're staying in the summer.
Very central and close to popular pubs and eateries etc. The chef uses a bit much salt on everything when cooking (breakfasts especially) ……. a decent pint of Guinness. Nice friendly staff. Clean rooms and I enjoyed the pickled onion crisps in the room as a wee late nite snack when I wasn’t sleeping due to the music noise 🫣
The noise was a bit much right through to just after 1.00pm every nite and difficult to get asleep …… room was particularly warm and also aided the lack of sleep on my part.
Staff were all lovely, fridge in the room was a great touch, it's right beside 2 pubs that play great music.
so if you're looking for a quiet place it's not here.
The rooms need to be freshly painted, curtains need to be hung properly
Shower floor is a bit slippery so a mat would help, the room was very hot so a fan would be great
