Pros:

The staff was friendly, super accommodating and personable. Live music was incredible to have while you had a pint after a long drive. Breakfast wad great, portions are LARGE.

Cons:

Dumpster Dan emptying the bins religiously at 6am. That kind of was a downer but nothing the hotel did was a drawback.

Unfortunately the room was on the street across from the loudest bar in Belfast. The windows were soundproof, however, and did help

A noisy place in a convenient location, with very friendly staff who make up, somewhat, for lost sleep.
Pros:

Location is perfect. The staff is very personable and interesting.

Cons:

It’s adjacent to one of the noisiest outdoor venues in Belfast, which penetrates many of the rooms until the wee hours.

Pros:

Way too noisy. Unbelievable level of music! Never heard anything so loud.
Pros:

Clean and efficient. Nice room, good bathroom. Nice breakfast. Lovely staff.

Cons:

The unbelievable noise!!!! Crazy level of music coming from ground floor (live music and DJ) and from outside 😩. On the 2nd floor, facing the back was just about bearable (with ear plugs, which they provide). For that reason alone I’d say DON’T go there!!!! Shame really. You’re either a night club OR a hotel; you can’t be both!!
