فندق مناسب جدا سواء في رحلات العمل او الشخصية

The reception team were very friendly, especially Mr. Hussein during the check-in process.

The room is very spacious, giving you a great sense of comfort and openness.

There is a mosque close to the property.

Cons:

The exterior appearance looks luxurious. However, there are some issues in the room that require maintenance. For example, the bedside lighting is not working, so the room’s main light has to be turned on completely. Also, there is a visible sign on the bathroom ceiling of a previous water leak that has been repaired, but the ceiling has not been properly treated or repainted afterward, which makes it look unattractive.

يبدو مظهر الفندق من الخارج فاخر
ولكن هناك بعض الامور في الغرفة تحتاج اعمال صيانة .. كالإضاءة الموجودة بالسرير لا تعمل وتحتاج لإضاءة نور الغرفة كاملا
وكذلك يظهر على سقف الحمام آثار تسريب مياه سابق وتم اصلاحه ولم يتم معالجته بعدها او دهان السقف ويبدو منطره سيئا

Pros:

استقبال وخدمات السيد احمد الله يسعده فعلا الموظف الصحرفي المكان الصح .. ماقصر معنا من اول مادخلنا الى ان طلعنا 👍🏻⭐️

Cons:

حجزنا غرفتين وصالة ماكان فيه حتى كونتر صغير خدمات بالمطبخ 🥹💔 مايكرويف عالاقل للتسخين او موقد نسخن عليه

Pros:

Very supportive staff if you face any issue they will solve it ASAP ,they do not play around if you have issues with the rooms, underground parking, big rooms that have ironing kit ready, quick check in and out, just let them know your timing when arriving.
