Important information:

Guests arriving after 19:30 must inform the property in advance. If the property is not informed, the booking may be treated as a no show. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

In order to prepare special amenities for men and women, guests are kindly requested to indicate the gender of each guest staying in the room in the Special Requests box when booking.

Guests who wish to eat breakfast/dinner at the property must make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.

Breakfast is served between 07:30 and 09:30. You must be at the restaurant by 09:00 to eat breakfast. Guests who do not show up by this time may not be served breakfast, and no refund will be given.

Dinner is served between 17:30 and 21:00. You must be at the restaurant by 20:00 to eat dinner. Guests who do not show up by this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.

The public bath is open 06:00-11:00 and 15:00-23:00. Please make sure to use the public bath during the opening hours.

If you wish to use the shuttle service from Arima Onsen Train Station, please call the property when you arrive at the station.

Please note that children 12 years and under cannot be accommodated in this property.

The entrance of the property is locked after 23:00 for security reasons. Guests going out after this time must notify the property staff.

An extra parking fee will be charged for buses including micro buses.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

個室でゆっくり夕食をいただけたのがとても良かったです。お料理はどれも美味しく、特に朝食はとても豪華で感動しました。中でも鯛の煮付けが絶品でした。

また、スタッフの皆さんが終始親切で、細やかな気配りに温かさを感じました。夕食時に子どもが寝てしまった際には、ご飯をラップに包んで後から食べられるように準備してくださり、とても助かりました。朝食ではスプーンを落としてしまった際も、こちらがお願いする前に新しいものをご用意いただき、その心配りが嬉しかったです。

さらに、夕食時の忘れ物を翌朝の朝食時に渡してくださり、スタッフの皆さんの間でしっかりと情報共有がされていることにも感心しました。忙しい中でこうした引き継ぎや情報共有を丁寧に行うことが決して簡単ではないと思います。それでも一つひとつをきちんと対応されている姿勢に、とても感動しました。

滞在中は終始気持ちよく過ごすことができました。素敵なおもてなしを、本当にありがとうございました。

Cons:

夕食はどのお料理もとても美味しかったのですが、全体の量が少し物足りなく感じました。味が良かっただけに、もう少しボリュームがあるとさらに満足度が高かったと思います。

また、サウナは床の温度がかなり高く、裸足では歩くのが難しいほどでした。椅子もやや簡素な印象だったため、もう少し快適に過ごせる設備だとより良いと感じました。

A relaxing staycation
Pros:

The hotel comes with onsen and it was great. It has an outdoor and indoor pool, though the outdoor decoration is somewhat man-made. It was a truly relaxing experience.

Cons:

I booked a dinner set meal at the last minute and it was accommodated. I did not manage to book the Kobe beef set and it was great, though a bit pricey.
