Ottima posizione con la metro A a portata di mano; il rapporto qualità-prezzo per la fascia in cui si colloca la struttura è molto buono; pernotti senza alcun disagio quindi molto soddisfatto
Suggerimenti riguardanti un piccolo refresh alla struttura che appare un po’ spartana; maggiore insonorizzazione delle stanze (o alcune a ridosso della reception) che magari potrebbero creare disagi a chi ha il sonno leggero nelle fasi di check in della clientela

В номерах не стоят кондиционеры, стоят бризеры, летом в номере просто жарко! Разетки в номере отваливаются и изначально не было даже стаканчика под зубные щетки , который потом принесли, в номере есть холодильник, который лично у меня сначала не работал, но потом мне его поменяли

We had a room with a shared bathroom. The bathroom was cleaned daily.
It is really close to Metro and there are a lot of good restaurants around.
We stayed 5 nights. The cleaning lady never touched our room. At some point, we went to reception to get new towels. Even though everyone was really polite and we were assured that we'll get towels, that didn't happened.
The walls were really thins and you could hear everything.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I probably took a lot of their time just talking to them but didn't want to stop haha. The housekeeping staff were really nice, and I made sure to say hi to them every day. The lady at the front desk was also really friendly and fun to talk to. Her name is Maui, like the island haha. My room was always super clean when I came back, and they restocked the necessities in the bathroom (toilet paper and soap). I don't know if they would have given me toothpaste and body wash, but I had my own anyway. It was also nice that before I came in, they sent me messages telling me exactly how to get into the building and where to go. When I checked out, they gave me the option to store my luggage by the front desk for the day if need be.
Personally I would prefer liquid soap over bars of soap, but the bars got the job done. The WiFi was also very much in and out (because my room was far from the router), but I didn't go on vacation to browse the internet. They gave me the password to another network they had, and it helped a lot, but it still wasn't perfect. The bathroom was tiny, and I had to squeeze between the sink and the toilet, but at least it had everything I needed.
