Perfection
Pros:

Everything about Broad Street Townhouse is perfect. The location was central. Easy 5-10 mins walk to local attractions. The staff were friendly and ever so helpful. My room was big, clean and packed with amenities perfect for my overnight stay. Little touches like providing ear plugs or pillow spray is highly appreciated. The breakfast was delightful! One of the best breakfast Ive ever had. I love boutique places like this rather than big hotels. Its a perfect place for escapism 😍. Highly recommend. Definitely would stay again!

Brilliant, welcoming place with lovely staff and great food.
Pros:

Breakfast choice is unreal and the quality of the food fantastic, really freshly made and great quality full English or healthy yoghurt bowls, omelette's or Eggs Benedict. The rooms are so comfy, fully of character and simple stylish decor. Location great and next door pub is really good. But the best thing were the staff, The young woman on reception and at breakfast she is so lovely. Housekeeping staff also so helpful and kind. A great experience.

Cons:

Only complaint the all the pillows are lumpy and probably need replacing!

Grande déception, photos non conformes
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner anglais très agréable. Bonne situation de l'hôtel proche du centre de Bath.

Cons:

Aucune des photos des chambres sur Booking ne correspond pas à celle qui nous a été attribuée. Elle était toute petite (lit accessible par un seul côté car coincé entre deux murs et la fenêtre, pas de chaise ni de table, des odeurs de cuisine, le tout donnant sur une cour délabrée servant à entreposer des poubelles). Nous avons demandé une autre chambre au gérant qui, après vérification des photos de Booking, a reconnu les faits, nous a poliment présenté ses excuses mais indiqué qu'il ne pouvait rien y faire ! Bref, forte impression de s'être bien fait rouler.

Nette Unterkunft in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und das Bad modern und sauber.
Das Bett war sehr bequem und es gab im Zimmer einen Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee.
Beim inkludierten Frühstück konnte man von einer Karte diverse warme Frühstücke auswählen und auch Sonderwünsche waren möglich, es war sehr lecker.
Das Townhouse liegt sehr zentral und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen, in der Straße gibt es auch einen Supermarkt. Zum Bahnhof läuft man ca. 15 Minuten.

Cons:

Aufgrund des warmen Wetters hatte der Gastgeber eine mobile Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren aufgestellt, was prinzipiell nett war. Allerdings musste aufgrund des Schlauchs der Klimaanlage das Fenster permanent geöffnet sein. Daraufhin hörte man andere Geräte im Hof und es lag die ganze Zeit ein Essensgeruch im Zimmer, vermutlich vom darunterliegenden Pub.
Im Nachhinein fiel mir auf, dass ich ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick und extra großem Bett gebucht hatte, das habe ich allerdings nicht bekommen.

In the room lovely all else disappointing
Pros:

BedRoom lovely , bathroom lovely

Cons:

Shabby outside , shabby hallways and floors , it’s very much a pub with rooms , no hospitality . A bar lad gave the key and we pulled suitcases up the stairs ( no lift ) breakfast service so slow - disappointing

Perfect hotel for a visit in Bath.
Pros:

Absolutely stunning hotel, perfect location! Lovely breakfast. Would definitely book again if ever in Bath.

Cons:

Only complaint is that our room was rather warm, but they kindly supplied us with fans since there was no AC.

It was okay but I'm not sure if I'd stay there again.
Pros:

I loved the welcome packet and ease of getting around. It was very close to the parking lot and a convenient to get into the sights that we wanted to see. I thought the amenities were nice too, like the complimentary drink at the Pig and Fiddle and the fresh water and tea waiting for us when we arrived.

Cons:

I called to ask about parking and had to talk to an AI robot rather than a human, which I think is poor hospitality. The shower also wouldn't drain and spilled water all of the bathroom floor. Furthermore, I know it was a snug room, but it was so snug, it felt like we couldn't be in the space at the same time.

We had a wonderful stay here & the breakfast was The Best's A fantastic breakfast menu to choose from.

Cons:

Room 11 which was right at the top of the building was Very hot. We did appreciate the fans & aircon unit to try & cool it down.

Bath time
Pros:

Staff were so accommodating nothing was too much

Cons:

We were there through the heatwave and even with fans in room it was stuffy.
We were on top floor, so many stairs but small inconvenience
