Cons:

Grundsätzlich war es ein schönes Zimmer an top Lage. ABER die £20 extra für das Auszieh-Sofa als 3. Bett waren eine Frechheit. Die Matratze auf dem Sofa ist so super dünn, dass das gesamte Bettgestell einfach nur weh tat. Mit 4 Kissen, die ich von den anderen Betten nehmen konnte ging es dann einigermassen. Ausserdem war es in diesem Sofa extrem staubig was für einen Allergieschub bei meiner staub-allergischen Freundin geführt hat. Für diese Zusatzkosten hätte ich auch wirklich ein Bett, das seinen Namen verdient, erwartet. Sehr enttäuschend.

The most beautiful room, but don’t be expecting to make breakfast.
Pros:

Beautiful, elegant room in a perfect location with clear instructions to gain access . The fixtures and fittings were of an exceptionally high standard, and the bathroom was beautifully finished, with a fantastic shower that was a real highlight of the stay.

Cons:

I wouldn't describe this as an aparthotel, as there are no cooking facilities at all—not even a toaster. I completely understand the reasoning, as cooking in such a beautiful room could leave lingering smells. However, I don't think it's accurate to market it as an aparthotel when it doesn't offer self-catering facilities.

Stay here! Especially if you are a content creator you’ll love it, it is great!
Pros:

I loved this place. The staff were professional, informative and fun! The room was large, clean, new had lovely amenities and unique spaces to use for different things. The location was great! They even had a podcast studio you could rent if you were a creator! Great everything. Great beds!

Cons:

My only suggestion for this hotel/apt is a microwave accessible to people staying there because if they added that one thing it would allow people to stay longer… because they have everything else to do with a kitchenette.

Excellent place for our 3 day stay.
Pros:

Secure and safe, great location. Big bathroom and living space with large tv. Good light blocking curtains. Loved the lift.

Cons:

No microwave or stove, so no eating in.
