Au top. Chambre 14 au dernier étage côté cour. Pas de belle vue mais au calme en étant au centre ville. Très propre.

Elección errónea de alojamiento, no se adapta a nuestro esquema de viaje.
Pros:

Calidad de los materiales de la habitación y el estado de conservación de la estancia.
Ubicación, proximo a restaurantes de calidad y cerca pera el acceso al Castillo.

Cons:

No ves al gestor del aparthotel y el contacto a través del interfono del edificio es especialmente desagradable
Me enviaron el día de la estancia el código numérico del acceso pero entró en es "spam" y nunca lo vi
Cuando llegué al alojamiento... como entrar? hablando por el interfono en correcto escoces me piden el código de acceso, yo solo hablo a medias en royal English, así que imposible entenderse, al final tras varios intentos (seguimos en la calle...) me facilitó el código de acceso....y pudimos entrar.
El esquema de alojamientos sin recepción no se adaptan al tipo de viaje nuestro (largos recorridos por el país). Así que otra mala elección.

La ubicación, lo bonito que era. Habia de todo en la habitación. Hay ascensor para subir maletas.

Cons:

El check-in es muy tarde y que hay que pagar por dejar las maletas. Y que reservas para 3 camas, como ves en la foto y una es un sofa cama muy incomodo.

A lovely, comfortable stay in a fantastic location, let down slightly by communication issues regarding extras and check
Pros:

Excellent central location and a beautiful, comfortable suite. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, very clean and ideal for a short stay in Stirling.

Cons:

Communication could be improved. Despite paying in advance, I was initially told there was an outstanding balance. I also paid for a cot for my 2.5-year-old, but no mattress or bedding was provided, meaning we couldn’t use it. A refund was offered and processed, which was appreciated, but it was not an ideal situation. Finally, I paid for secure parking but did not receive the access instructions or entry code before arrival and had to chase this up myself.
