Vì khi người nhà tôi xem trên booking nhờ tôi đặt phòng trước hồi tháng 5, và tôi đã yêu cầu chọn phòng có ban công thoáng mát như trên mạng, nhưng khi đến ks , tiếp tân yêu cầu tôi ck tiền trước rồi mới lên xem phòng, vì tôi tin tưởng họ sẽ sắp xếp tốt cho chúng tôi, khi vừa chuyển tiền xong, tôi mới lên phòng thì mới phát hiện ban công có gắn cục nóng và ko thể nào dùng được hay mở cửa thoát mát, và xếp cho tôi cái phòng trong hóc kẹt. Sau đó tôi mới xuống gặp tiếp tân và nói, bên em tự chọn phòng như vậy thì ko ổn đâu thì tiếp nói em hết phòng, nhưng vì người nhà tôi chưa kịp vào nên tôi nói, tiếp tân, nếu tối nay người nhà tôi đến thì nếu họ ko hài lòng thì vui lòng hỗ trợ cho họ và y như rằng người nhà tôi ko thể ở được và xin chuyển phòng thì họ bảo hết phòng, rồi người nhà bực mình vì đã chuyển tiền nhưng lại ko ở được, tôi đăng ký 3 ngày 2 đêm, và chỉ ở đúng 1 đêm thì tôi yêu cầu xin đổi nhưng ks bảo hết phòng, sau đó tôi có liên lạc nói KS nếu chúng tôi không ở 2 ngày còn lại thì cho chúng tôi xin tiền lại được ko thì ks ko đồng ý và nói do huỷ gấp nên ko cho, tôi nói chị mới ck thì làm sao biết phòng ks sắp xếp ko ổn thì sao huỷ trước được và cuối cùng họ bảo quy định… chúng tôi chỉ nghĩ nếu ks yêu cầu ck ngay mới cho vào xem phòng thì khi phòng ko ổn muốn đổi thì ks kêu hết phòng và y như bắt ép chúng tôi phải ở. Vì thế tôi ko đồng ý cách làm việc với ks này , đối với chúng tôi số tiền 3 ngày ko lớn nhưng cách ks hành xử và ép khách ở khi ko còn phòng thì đó là ko đúng, đã là cty dịch vụ chăm sóc kh khi đến ở thì cần sắp xếp tốt, vì thế tôi cảm thấy hết sức thất vọng và từ đó người nhà tôi ko còn dám tin hình ảnh trên mạng vì họ chụp rất đẹp và khi đến họ tự sắp xếp phòng ko y vậy làm người nhà rất ko tin tưởng để lên đây booking nữa, rất mong sau này các ks khác sẽ có sự thay đổi cách làm việc tốt hơn hãy làm sao cho thoả mãn khách đến và đi chứ đừng vì số tiền đó mà đánh mất niềm tin của khách nước ngoài về vn để ở.
The accomm matched the price we paid. There appear to be residents in neighbouring rooms/apartments which changes the clientele.
We were woken several times during the night by guests bringing crying todler into hallway and closing of doors.
Staff were friendly. Breaky was ok for 2-3 days.
I wouldn't stay again.
