The hotel manager is very kind person.
Pros:

The hotel is easily accessible from Chennai Central and Egmore railway stations, and the city bus stand is right next to the hotel (0 miles away).

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room and washroom needs to be better.

Pros:

3 Seater Sofa was provided to comfort to seat.

Cons:

Bathroom,
1. AC water was dropping on legs while sitting on Toilet.
2. Heater was not working.
3. Toilet was mounted in middle(in between two walls). So space was less to sit comfortably.

Bad experience
Pros:

Room is spacious

Cons:

They provide the worst breakfast
They are not cleaning rooms on a
daily basis.
The lodge location, near doesn't have a good restaurant.
They provide a mineral water bottle 1 liter per person.

Generally it is value for money option for just stay at hotel. Not a luxurious ambience.
Pros:

I liked the way the staff behave. They are very courteous, and helpful. Beds were clean. Public transport is easy to get

Cons:

It is located in a congested auto parts shops surrounded environment. For good hotels, you need to go for 2kms. Parking is cramped and only 4 cars can be parked. However, the staff help in taking the vehicle out and while parking.

Overall, value for money .. area is quite busy but food is ample
Pros:

Comfortable space for 4 family members, comfortable beds
Hot water heater as available upon request
Staffs were able to provide us will clean towels and a change of bedsheets upon request

Pros:

Personal war sehr nett, ich konnte ohne Probleme das Zimmer bis am Nachmittag benutzen.

Cons:

Es ist nicht besonders sauber geputzt. Sehr einfache Zimmer, hauptsächlich indische Gäste. Aber letztendlich den Preisen entsprechend. Mein Zimmer im Erdgeschoß hatte "Fenster" mit Mauern davor, also unbrauchbar. War eben die günstigste Kathegorie.
