A very comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful..
The hotel is in a very good location.
The swimming pool is off-site, a short walk away, at another hotel - although this is a fantastic idea, hotels and guesthouses sharing swimming pools.

Attention piscine pas dans l’hôtel
Pros:

Le personnel est très serviable.

Cons:

Nous pensions avoir réserver un hôtel avec pisicine mais la piscine est située dans un autre hôtel dans la rue perpendiculaire. Très décevant.
Les lits sont les plus durs que nous avons rencontré au Laos.

The reception staff were very friendly and always smiling. The hotel's location was great. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was delicious. Good value for money. I will return.

booked superior family room with 2 king size bed, and what i got is deluxe family room with 1 king size bed and 1 single bed which is the room is far more cheaper than what i book.

Facility was mediocre, staff was awful, room had lots of mosquitoes, location was the only good thing.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

The staff barely spoke English, no Thai and needed a translator for Lao. He wanted to charge a fee to keep the charge on my credit card on file with Booking because he wanted me to pay cash. He gave me an attitude when I requested a receipt for my cash payment.

Good stay in Vang Vieng
Pros:

The breakfast was really nice and fresh every morning, thanks to the ladies that run the kitchen. You could also get your room cleaned every day if you wanted to.

Cons:

A bit old. There’s no swimming pool like in the pictures. But we could use the swimming pool of a nearby hotel, so it was a good solution!
