Lage im Zentrum, Parkplatz inbegriffen

Cons:

Sauberkeit, Personal rauchte im Frühstücksraum, uns wurde ein Kellerzimmer zugewiesen, anderes Zimmer nur mit Aufpreis, Kaffee beim Frühstück musste bezahlt werden, kein Zimmerservice, schmutzige Handtücher.

Tesisin konumu ve personellerin yaklaşımı oldukça iyidi.kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi.

Cons:

Temizlik konusunda tamamen sınıfta kaldı. Özellikle Banyo oldukça kötü kokuyordu ve son derece kirliydi. Kesinlikle her açıdan 4 yıldızdan çok uzakta olan bir otel. Oda tamamen toz içerisinde ve yataklarda temiz değildi. Tesise 2 yıldızdan fazla vermek diğer tesislere haksızlık olurdu.

A very pleasant stay in a central location, with helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel was in a very central location and had a private parking area, which was a great advantage. We could easily walk everywhere in the Old Town. The staff were very helpful and easy to reach. The rooms were clean, and having a kettle in the room was especially important for my parents. Breakfast was also very good, with two options to choose from, with or without eggs. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The bathroom water system was a little different, although the staff explained it during check-in. The door latch was also a little loose, so the doors did not always close properly and we had to lock them.

Powinni zmienić i zaktualizować zdjecia i ofertę.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Pokoje zgodne z opisem i odpowiednio wyposażone.

Cons:

Śniadanie nie jest kontynentalne, do wyboru są dwa dania z karty- bardzo do siebie podobne (realne zdjęcie) czarną kawę uznano za wyimaginowany luksus i kazano nam za nią dodatkowo dopłacić. Obsługa wyjaśniła, że zdjęcia przedstawiają jadalnię i posiłki za czasów poprzedniego właściciela hotelu. Brak reakcji obsługi na zastawiony pojazd na parkingu i brak możliwości wyjazdu.

El aire acondicionado es muy flojo. Toda la noche funcionando y aun así la temperatura de la habitación no bajó de 26 grados.
