Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. In kurzen Gehminuten zum Zentrum

Cons:

Leider hatten wir mit der Zimmer Sauberkeit Pech. Sie haben uns ein Teil gereinigtes Zimmer gegeben jedoch wurde es nach kurzer besprechung direkt getauscht. Fand ich gut. Da wir ausserhalb der "Saison" waren wir beschränkt mit 2 Frühstückmenüs.

Ganz gutes Hotel, aber mit Mängeln.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage.

Cons:

Ab 08:30 Uhr ist erst das Frühstück fertig. Ein Mitarbeiter der Rezeption saß im Frühstücksraum und rauchte. Auch wenn das Fenster geöffnet war und es dort anders gehandhabt wird, fand ich es schon sehr unhöflich.
In der Nähe ist eine Moschee. Die Sirene hört man selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr.

Good looking hotel
Pros:

Very nice appearance, close to center. Plenty of free, guarded parking places in front of hotel.
Great breakfast!

Cons:

Tea maker did not work.
Shower did not work
Shower and toilet did not have a wall or curtain in between.

Amazing Albanian hospitality and welcoming staff. Extremely helpful!
Pros:

The staff was so kind, friendly and welcoming. Loved the hospitality and fantastic service and atmosphere!
We got free coffee and beer when we arrived and free coffee and water anytime after. Free parking. Thank you very much. We loved that!

Cons:

I'm so sorry that I can't give 10, but unfortunately there are reasons for that.
The carpets were extremely dirty and the staff and other guests were smoking in the breakfast restaurant. It's a BIG NO GO! It's awful eating in cigarette smoke
The second day the cleaning lady had only emptied the trash, left the bed in a mess and just left the door for the balcony wide open. My mother didn't even get clean towels. (We had been out all day).

The Reception, the staff, the free parking and free coffee and water.
Staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Thank you very much.

Cons:

The dirty carpets. Smoking in the breakfast restaurant was not nice. Cleaning lady didn't clean the second day.
