文句も書いたけど、コスパの良さは凄いです。
Pros:

何と言っても安い。その上、朝・夕食つきで駅近の上、まあまあの広さもある。スタッフの対応も悪くない。

Cons:

古くて傷が多く、メンテナンス不足。部屋の掃除も手早く済ませた感じで、薄っすらと埃が残る箇所も。綺麗好きは値段を考えて我慢するか、他を当たるべき。シーズンオフのときより高い料金を払ったが、前より日当たりの無い部屋にされた。あと、細かい話だけど、電話に「0発進」と誤字が貼られていて、安ホテル感が増した。

機会があれば、また泊まります。

駅の近くで便利。朝食、夕食が無料。朝食のバイキングはワンパターンですが無料なので、良いです。

駐車場が有料だけど周辺の24時間パーキングより安い。

Great hotel to stay in
Pros:

I liked that it was just outside Matsue Station. Also the staff were very accommodating. The room was as expected. Bonus was the free dinner. If given a chance to return to Matsue, I will book this hotel again.

Pros:

L'entrée est rutilante (le reste mois). Les efforts de la jeune réceptionniste pour communiquer dans un anglais hésitant. La demi-pension correcte. L'emplacement pour ceux qui viennent en train. Après faut aimer marcher ce qui est notre cas.

Cons:

Après le hall luxueux arrive le reste : des ascenseurs petits et non aérés. Les chambres minuscules et TRÈS sales (du jamais vu au Japon) : aspirateur pas passé, poussière non faite, rideaux sales. Lits branlants et faits à moitié. Matelas à ressorts que l'on sent bien dans le dos ! Tv inutile. Wc cassé.

駐車場がチェックイン前でも利用出来れば良かった駅前の駐車場に止めて1泊したので結構かかった

期待できないホテル
Pros:

駅から非常に近いこ
シングルで依頼したのに部屋が広かった
ベッドがダブルサイズ

Cons:

掃除がいき届いていなかった
各電灯のスイッチの場所がわかりづらかった
換気扇が電灯と連動していなくて(多分故障)作動しなかった
テレビが小さい
バスタブの湯が漏れるらしく、

床がびしょ濡れになってバスマットが使えなかった

便利な宿
Pros:

朝食も夕食もよかった。会場が広いことも安心感があってよかった。
エレベーターの反応（運行プログラム）が良くて、すぐにエレベーターに乗れたこと。

Cons:

フロントに行くためには、駅前ロータリーの路面からたくさん階段を降りなければならないこと。
食事の会場の明るさが充分でないこと。
部屋のベッド周りにコンセントが少ないこと。

Pros:

駅前1分という近さは魅力的。

Cons:

30年以上前にも利用しましたが、流石に随所の古さは目立ちます。
米後ユニバーサルも同じですが階段の石が濡れると滑りやすい加工（表面がツルツル）なので滑り止め加工を施すなどしたほうがいいのではないかと。
年配者は危ないですし若い人でもバランス崩すと大怪我につながらなければいいのですが。

今回2度目の利用でしたが、今後利用することはないと思います。
Pros:

駅近くで、食事付きで安かったこと。

Cons:

駐車場利用しましたが、案内の方がたが、情報共有できていなくて、同じことを何回も説明しないとわかってもらえず、対応も、その人それぞれ違っていて困りました。
