設備点検をお願いします！
Pros:

手配した時喫煙の部屋しか無かったがチェックインの時変更をお願いしたら快く変更してくれた

Cons:

設備が古く壁紙が剥げたり破れたりしていた。
浴室などカビがありその割には料金が高いと思った。

It was okay. Good location but the room was dirty.

The staff were friendly and polite and breakfast was good.

Molds in the bathroom and shower area, weeds growing in the balcony- it was disgusting.

電球の交換もセルフで？
Pros:

格安でした。トイレの明かりがつかなかったので、連絡すると、女性のスタッフが直ぐに、丁寧に対応して頂きましたが、電球の交換が出来ず、お客の自分が替えました。

値段が安かったので仕方がないけど、次回はもう少し評価と値段が高いホテルにします
Pros:

松江駅まで近い
朝食がついていて良かった

Cons:

入室したら卵の空パックがあり、ドア前の廊下にこぼれていた卵の殻が滞在中片付けられなかった
また空のパックをフロントに持って行った時も、簡単な詫びを言われただけだった
全般的に女性のスタッフの対応が良くなく、社員教育をやり直した方が良い
事前に遅く到着するが夕食はとれるかどうかメールで問い合わせしたが、一切返信が無かった

お得な滞在でした
Pros:

駅から1分のロケーションは非常にありがたかったです。夕食、朝食付きでこのお値段は他では無いかと思います。館内は要修繕の箇所も見受けられましたが、致し方無いと感じました。部屋の使用に関しては問題ありませんでした。ゆっくり休むことが出来ました。食事の時には簡単なサラダバーとドリンクバーが付いていてうれしかったです。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かって頂き助かりました。

Cons:

エントランス、ロビーが全体的に古い印象でした。
