清掃が少し行き届いていないのが残念。大浴場も閉鎖されている。
Pros:

朝食と夕食がついていて、サラダバーもあったこと。

Cons:

清掃がいまひとつゆき届いていなかった。カーテンが破れてた。入り口にバリアフリー用の案内がない。（聞いたら2階裏口からバリアフリー、カートの出入りできる）
大浴場が閉まってる。

松江ユニバーサルホテル本館 (島根県松江市朝日町４７１)
2026年6月31日(火)宿泊で来ました😆
2026年5月21日にGoogleでBooking.comで検索して松江ユニバーサルホテル本館が7,500円(税込＆夕食・朝食付)だったので予約し本日16時にチェックインしました🤗
タイムズカーで来たのでこちらの立体駐車場に駐車代(1泊1,200円)を現金で支払いました🚘️
ホテル自体と内装も随分古いですがスタッフの教育は大変良くて快適に過ごせたと思います😄
実は宿泊は2泊を予定してましたが家の事情で1泊しか出来なかったのですが後の1泊分の代金は返金されたので助かりました😊
これまでにユニバーサルホテル系列のホテルを何度か宿泊しましたが全て満足の行く接客だったのでこれからも宿泊したい気分です😉
また僕達は車で行きましたがホテル前にはＪＲ山陰本線松江駅があるので次回は電車で来て宿泊して駅前のタイムズカーをレンタルして島根県を満喫したいものです🤔
ホテル内はWi-Fiがあるので大変助かります🥺
今回も有難うございました🙏

松江ユニバーサルホテル本館の最上階にある大浴場は現在修復中だったので利用が出来ませんでしたが次回宿泊時までには修復完了していて欲しいです😅
