Pros:

＊スタッフの対応が良かった。
＊2食付きで宿泊代金が安い。

Cons:

＊ソファベッドなのかベッドの真ん中に段差があり背中に違和感があり寝心地が悪かった。
＊地下駐車場で入出庫の際かなりの時間がかかったし、駐車料金が高い。最近は24時間700円の所もあるし、最近宿泊したホテルは全備無料でした。

Pros:

駅から徒歩2分と至近で便利です。

Cons:

階段の石が濡れると滑りやすい加工（表面がツルツル）なので滑り止め加工を施すなどしたほうがいいのではないかと。
年配者は危ないですし若い人でもバランス崩すと階段が広く長い（段数が多い）ので大怪我につながらなければいいのですが。
