Pros:

The hotel where we actually stayed was not the one I am reviewing here, but the hotel opposite, and it was very comfortable.
The rooms were well equipped, and great attention had been paid to guests' personal needs. Items such as toothbrushes, bath mitts, and even shaving razors were provided.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. What impressed us the most, however, was the reception team. They were friendly, professional, and highly dedicated to helping us. Their prompt and solution-oriented approach quickly resolved the issue and made our experience much more enjoyable.

Cons:

We made a reservation for a group of 9 people from four families, with ages ranging from 25 to 72. Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance that renovation work was taking place at the hotel we had originally booked. The elevator was very small and was not functioning properly, which was particularly inconvenient for our group.
When we expressed our dissatisfaction to the reception staff, they responded quickly and transferred us to their other hotel located across the street.

Excellent location and staff!
Pros:

The location was excellent! The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I especially want to call out Nikolina who welcomed me to the hotel and Athens with great enthusiasm and energy. She gave me three recommendations for places to eat and all three were superb. I certainly recommend this hotel, its staff and breakfast!
