A limpeza é muito ruim, logo que entrei ja dei de cara com uma baita barata morta, a TV da suíte 26 nao funciona, liga para a recepção eles te mente que irão solucionar e somem. Pedi quarto para nao fumante, quarto ardia de cigarro, tudo precário e sujo. Tudo bem que um quarto com ar e chuveiro por 105, é quase de graça nos tempos de hoje, porem nao custa pelo menos recolher as baratas. O cliente que hoje fica neste quarto a trabalho, amanhã pode vir a passeio, e logo lembrará das péssimas condições.

Ótimo custo benefício. Local limpo, agradável, atendentes educados. Café variado, muito bom também. Pelo valor do pernoite é top.

Cons:

Ficamos no quarto 25, por ser próximo da escada dava pra ouvir bastante coisa, mas tranquilo. Apenas tres coisas estavam ruins, os travesseiros estavam com cheiro forte de cigarro, minha esposa precisou colocar a toalha pra abafar um pouco. Estava uma temperatura mais fria e o ar nao estava aquecendo direito, pela manhã o chuveiro também não estava tão quente, acredito que pela temperatura externa.

Cheiro insuportável de cigarro no quarto, incluindo cama, lençol e travesseiros.
Tudo com aparência de velho e sujo, nem os canais da TV funcionavam.
Ar condicionado funcionava porém nunca deve ter tido manutenção (principalmente limpeza de filtro), meu marido teve uma crise alérgica por conta disso e não conseguiu dormir e nem ficar muito tempo no local.
Esperava melhores condições do local que tem um preço razoável mas não apresenta condições para hospedar ninguém a não ser por pouquíssimas horas.
