Brand Hotel

Everything was fine.Just a suggestion they should keep atleast two bottles of water for guests staying more than one night.

Overall, our stay was okay, but I believe there is significant room for improvement in customer service. The staff would benefit from more training on how to communicate with guests in a professional and welcoming manner.

We experienced some difficulties during check-in. Thankfully, the issue was resolved by moving us to a different room, although it came at a higher rate. We appreciate that a solution was found, and fortunately we were able to manage the additional cost.

Another disappointing experience was at the restaurant. I asked about the “Brand Soup” listed on the menu, but the waiter told me she didn’t know what it was and simply suggested I choose a different soup instead. That was quite surprising and disappointing, as staff should be familiar with the menu they are serving.

I also noticed that the waiter spoke so quietly that it was difficult for us to hear and understand her. Clear, confident communication with all guests is an important part of professional customer service.

I hope this feedback is taken positively, as improving customer service would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Check location carefully if your visits in Dodoma close to city center, around 20 to 25 mins to city center
However, still first choice for me based on facilities and room cleanliness.

The waiting time for food at restaurant. Almost 1 and a half hour every day

As stated above

1. Noise music sound in corridors
2. Internet not stable
3. Breakfast included not so satisfying

WiFi wasn't working throughout the stay, room service and food service was very slow.

The staff made us feel like we were not welcome and as if we were less than nothing. I’ve never felt as bad as that in a hotel, even though I went to some really bad places.
We had some drinks and asked if we had to pay directly or if it was on the room, they said it would be on the room, but when leaving (after the staff made us understand that they wouldn’t give us drinks anymore (I’d like to clarify that we were far from being drunk), one of the member of the staff followed us like we were leaving without paying and asked us to pay directly.
When we paid the hotel rooms, the receptionist looked amazed that my bank card went through.
It really felt like they took us like people that would leave without paying.

On another note, the room of my friend wasn’t ready when we got there, he got in the room and the bed wasn’t done.
And there was some cockroaches in my room (I don’t think is the most uncommon thing, but in 10 days in Tanzania, that was the first time that I saw cockroaches in a room).

The food was good, but they told us it would take 45 minutes to get samosas, it actually took an hour and a half, to get samosas and cold fries.

Finally, most of the staff don’t even say “hello”.

One of the staff member proposed to wash our car car for $20, I wasn’t expecting people to try to rip us off in a hotel that’s trying to look like a luxury place.
